It is. He's wide eyed and happy though, and has a face most women want to mother.

Lordi comes from Rovaniemi, a town at the arctic circle some 200 miles north from my hometown. The guy was previously a student in the Rovaniemi University and made some money by acting as Santa Claus for tourists and the like. Their head pyrotecnics came from my hometown, I'm told. I don't even know if they are still gigging. A mediocre heavy band but by the time they won, it was something new in the Eurovision SC lultzy. HIM and Nightwish might be better known Finnish bands nowadays.

Zevran's attire is, it's more working class arounf the time. Alistair is kinda sorta not really, the oversized windsor tie/ waistcoat combo was still worn but only by public schoolboys really. Dated back then, really.

It's not necessarily about nationality. More like folks take models from popular culture which in turn isn't at all accurate but is quite happy with something only allusive.
