Teagan, of course, is a shameless flirt if you just try asking him about his family.

He totally is, and it's kind of hilarious.

I'm pretty sure that's a large part of why he's practically a meme in his own right. Any girl!Warden could have bagged him if it hadn't been in the middle of a zombie apocalypse.

yeah, Missa would've if they weren't so busy what with the whole abomination zombie thing, and Teagan having to organise his sister in law's funeral. So she boned Ser Perth instead.

...What?

You can bone Ser Perth?! How do you do that?!

Soignee's fic, Dead Duster Walking, has her Warden Missa bone Ser Perth.

Edit: Really? Ookay, in honor of Aro's Zev Holliday:

But the flirting does have it's appeal to a womanly vanity or conceitedness now, doesn't it?

It's not all flirting, though. That one elf spy in the tavern at Redcliffe and Dwyn both basically say 'Yes, I can see that you're pretty but go away.' That's hardly flirting and yet still affirming that you're apparently attractive.

I haven't played female characters. Which party initiates the flirting in your mind, then?

Sometimes people randomly say that you're pretty like Berwick does. You just walk up to him an he says that you're very pretty but he's waiting for something. Then for Dwyn you technically start it if you ask him to fight and he asks you how you plan on convincing him and you suggest a more personal reward, which he translates to mean you're offering to sleep with him in which case he says it's not worth dying for but also notes that you are, again, very pretty. Jarvia refers to you as the 'pretty one.' There doesn't even need to be flirting going on to make it clear that these people find you attractive no mater what your origin/actual looks.

Teagan, of course, is a shameless flirt if you just try asking him about his family.

Delurking since my Teagan Radar went off...just while I was sleeping...

Teagan is an equal opportunity flirt (with women) he will flirt with mages, elves, dwarves, human nobles all of them.  FLirting with him is one of the things I look forward to most in the game.  The best flirt is with a mage though Image IPBOne of the reasons I love playing mages (that and going into the Fade myself to save Connor).

And umm oh ya YAY Zev!  He's ridiculously awesome!

Well, being that Ser Perth is voiced by the delectable Elliot Cowan, who is the 2nd sexiest Mr. Darcy of all time, by proxy makes him utterly bone-able. I approve of Missa's tastes *thumbs up*

Yeah, I've got a few who would have jumped Teagan in the middle of the zombie apocalypse. I'm not sure he would be down for it right at that moment though. XD

Ser Perth has always been a favorite though. He's so nice~ we must corrupt him.

And then there's Ser Bryant, anyone remember him? From Lothering? I... always seem to go through his dialogue options. Thoroughly.

Damnit, I shouldn't have a crush on a guy who really existed a hundred and twenty years ago. That's creepy. D:

The Kilmer version is apparently reasonably accurate, for what's known of the real guy. And yes, I might have gotten sucked into doing incidental research on the real one. Goddamnit.

“All I want of you is ten paces out in the street.”

Mmh. I'm not even sure if I want to jump him, per se. I think if I had a time-machine I'd just want to gawk at him a little and try to soak in some of the awesome.

for the most part, people make PCs that are attractive to them. if you ever look at those god awful "prettiest pc/avatar" threads in the creations forum (that whole  sub-forum is full of them), you'll see that your idea of good-looking is distinctly your own.

to be fair, they do also have the ugliest character thread. however i think people only make ugly ones on purpose for the lulz and then rarely play them. with the exception of ugra.

Image IPB

so it's a safe bet from the developer's point of view to just assume you made something that you yourself would like to screw or have screwed, or both. amirite?

but some games try to incorporate an in-game attractive stat, like Fable, and honestly that game is the only one i can think of that has succeeded. in D&D style games where you have Charisma and consider it as a metric for sexiness, it still fails because you can have an amazingly high charisma and still be ugra.

Image IPB.

All 13 parts are on youtube~

Hm, since we have lurkers this morning and it got mentioned, here's what the "Zev Holliday" thing is about...

I'm currently drawing Zevran as Doc Holliday. Because, well... Because!

Here's where I paused on the WIP yesterday. Didn't do anything new on it in this last waking cycle.

The scraps of stuff around him in the top frame are me taking my colors off older art of mine. There's finished stuff in my sig if one wants to see how all that scribbly crappy MS Paint line-work will turn out, though I'm going to keep shading on the clothes and guns very simple for this. I hope. This in particular is the "I have two guns, one for each of you" scene. I'm also going to be doing the "I'm your huckleberry" one, possibly in the same picture. :3

But for now, I zzz. Night, thread!

-_-

Edit: Oh god. Thanks, Charsen. :P What a thing to see right before I zonk! XDD Good thing I don't normally dream.

Yeah, Tombstone is the most accurate of what really happened then. Granted, no one really knows who killed Ringo. There's evidence that it was suicide.

As for a crush on Doc himself, no. My crush is on the Kilmer version.

And Michael Biehn is <3 as well

LOL Aroihkin thats VERY well done! I love the smooth lines and flow of it! Very nice!

And for the templars...I think being sexy is one of the Job Requirements...after all you can't have men in robes laughing at your fashion sense when you are trying to hack them up. I think its the uniform...

Gregoir is sexy to me (I'm an older woman and I like the older men), Ser Bryant, Ser Irminrick (if he wasn't strung out on Lyrium withdrawal), Ser Otto.

I don't get the Cullen fascination. He seems like a psycho puppy to me, one moment all cute and playful then the next ripping at your skin.

@ Purifico I agree about the templars, Ser Otto & co.    They are all rather nice.  It must be very tempting for the mages to misbehave and get taken in for questioning and so forth.

And there's Cullen, of course.  ETA (because I was late posting and didn't read the posts above about him).  I do find him appealing.   (As a fantasy, fictional character, of course - in real life, no).   It's that suppressed passion.  I love that his desire for the female mage is so taboo for him that he actually runs away, and yet he can't stop feeling it and obsessing.   If your character ever did get to have her way with him, he would be so tortured.  I love that.

Charsen Ugra is ugly in a cute way.  I suppose it might just be possible to make a game where the NPCs could see whether the character was attractive or not.   There do seem to be some rules about attractiveness (symmetry, etc.).

LOL well his writer says she didn't intend it to have a creepy stalkerish quality and she didn't have that particular Cullen in mind when she picked the name. I have to wonder if its a Freudian slip though?Image IPB

She also hadn't read or heard of Twillight at the time. At least according to herself.

Edit: But I think that many of his fans do project something on him though.

Its the whole forbidden thing, even more so than Jowan's fling with Lily. It really breaks him. I feel sorry for Cullen but I don't find him appealing that way. That being said I love to initiate the conversation with him and then end it with "I won't distract you anymore" option. He's cute in the Origin but freaking scary in the Circle Treaty quest. Not that I blame him.

Blue balls, torture and Lyrium sniffing must really take its toll on anyone's sanity.
