I need a character who's moral and impulsive enough to be all 'STOP RIGHT THERE, CRIMINAL SCUM!' and kill the Crow Master.

That would certainly rule out a DC, probably a CE, probably a DN, definitely any blood mage...maybe another HN?

Hmmmm, Zevran came from Antiva according to a couple of his stories. I would imagine that Howe contacted Ignacio, who contacted Antiva, and so forth. Ignacio made it very clear he would not accept a contract on the warden, so I doubt he had anything to do with it.



As far as the posturing between Zevran and Ignacio -- I like it. I like how Zevran right there identifies himself with the Warden instead of the crows ("If you are playing us false...").

Maybe.  I really wish there was a Templar Origin.  It would take that kind of strict moralistic upbringing to make me keep a character that.... stupidly pure.  lol  My existing HN has a tendancy towards an ends justifies the means sort of outlook, with certain exceptions.  So he saw taking the jobs as a mere matter of strategic manuvering.

Draw something on the back of old beat up papers you found lying around like I do?

Use the tablet that I spent so much money on? Preposterous..! I've really felt undigital since i've been reduced to GIMP 2.0. I don't like the default brushes and I'm too dumb to find out how to put new ones in. I miss my Photoshop. :{

Now the walls... this is starting to sound good!

You could probably play a DE in this manner.   Coming from a closely knit, isolated community a DE could be played as a strict follower of the elvish gods and have very narrow views on right and wrong.  My poor DE is still struggling with her code of honor 5 years after the blight is over.  I missed a lot of the sidequests on my first playthrough because she simply wouldn't do them - of course half the time she didn't even want to talk to the shem...

The templar you meet in the Chantry in Lothering. I haven't seen anything of him on the kmeme except one unfilled request. Which I'm working on fixing, apparently.

In this case, an OC I don't think anyone here has met yet. I do like to re-use my characters. But Tannusen's been neglected lately, what with not being in IO at all despite the fact that Alley and Tannu usually come as a set... XD

The request itself was any!Warden, with a preference for a male mage. I was going to play him as a HN rogue in DA, but I can write him as a mage easily enough. He'd make a damn good healer, having been written as a medic before.

Not sure yet if this one's an elf or a human. He's been an elf once before, for "Silver Tongue and Golden Wit", so it wouldn't be the first time.

The hearts are sympathy. I shouldn't be unleashing Tannu while IO has a half-written chapter, Zev Holliday is open in another window, and TAF icons are taking over my desktop... so I feel a little of your pain. Three pictures would have me armflailing madly!

Hm, found a good art reference for some of the stuff in the game, I think by the guy who did some of the models. ArtByLowis.com, DA gallery. Has the awesome Revenant armor () among other things.

And templar armor. I have no idea why I might be looking for references for that.

(At least I'm not writing Alistair porn. Like he needs the help.)

I've been dabbling in kmeme. Problem (a) is that a lot of the stuff there is rather good, and I've been worrying about filling somebody's prompt with my stuff when they could get something better. I've been trying to get around that by looking at some of the older unfilled prompts.

Problem ( is that I can't find an awful lot of actual kink. Most of it is vanilla. I'm not sure I can write straight sex.

Edit: deleted Problem © as I remembered that there's usually only me here at this time of day, and I don't want it hanging about in the ether for hours, making me nervous!
