Yeah, those sexytime kisses are awful. working on Morrigan's sexytime kiss today actually. decided i should just get down to business today and finish up these mods now that my family visit is over and i have some time. at least some folks enjoy the kisses and the ring. can't please everyone, but the ones who aren't pleased can make their own mods.
Oh, I enjoy the kisses (both Kisses and Gatekisses - brilliant work!) all right!
Edit: @Charsen - is there a way the ZevRing can be given an extra option so it can go into plot items? The game gives us options to view, use, and destroy inventory items (or sell them or equip on a party member). Can the ring be scripted so there's a view, use, destroy, and keep option? If "keep" is selected it triggers the earring to be added to plot items?
Just thinking aloud here but I'm not sure if this can be done in the toolset. When a Warden is in love with Zev I can't imagine a time when they would want to give away, sell, or dispose of the gift they got from him.

@ Elps: Here are my lappy specs:
Processor: Intel ® Core 2 CPU T5500 @ 1,66GHz 1,67GHz
RAM: 2,00GB
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400
Anything else I should mention?
Your processor is minimum spec, and RAM is fine, but your graphics card probably won't let you play DA. The nVidia GeForce Go 7400 dynamically allocates memory from the main system to use for graphics when needed. It will be needed A LOT with your system and the problem with this is that it will slow your computer down past the point where the game is playable. If you can upgrade your graphics card to one that is supported by the game this should work.

If you all want more picspam and are interested in other games, I could try posting some Alpha Protocol shots.

which i can some times do like in Planescape torment but unlike that game AP had alot of combat and stealth didnt help when my game would suddenly freeze and I endup in a different location when it unfroze...
edit:if any ones interested I could start up another KoTOR2 restoration project run though and post screeniesof it
edit: and dont point out me complaining about a glitchy game then say would you mind me pic spamming another glitchy game...because unlike AP, KoTOR2 RPfixes quite a few bugs

Actually come to think of it, there was one control glitch where the in-game help was telling me to press the wrong key during a hacking attempt, but that's all so far.
I'm playing a stealth/martial arts character. Stealth is tricky since it combines RPG stats and realism in a way that's not immediately obvious, but I thought it was fun once I got the hang of it. Martial arts seems very useful against normal enemies but really underpowered against bosses. It's no Dragon Age, but I'm still enjoying it so far.

I didn't like that D'artagnan, though. I know they were trying to get all deep and such but, I dunno... It just didn't feel like D'artagnan to me. Not even at the end. :{soignee wrote...

YAY for zevspam! Though this one makes me REALLY po'ed for some reason. It's the look on Taliesen's face, I think.
I LOVE Charsen's screenies but find them very unsettling. Taliesen is so much older and this makes me feel that the imbalance of power (older man, leader) puts a sinister twist on Zev's relationship with him. Was his "friends and more" a loving relationship (I hope so) or was it another example of Zev being used?
It would be great to see this cutscene as a flashback when you ask Zev about his relationship with Taliesen after Taliesen's death. Perhaps slightly faded out to seem like a vision/flashback?
Just a thought...

I read the Taliesen/Zev as a thing they did, like:
"Our mark hasn't arrived yet, Zev."
"Eh, we have plenty of time. As the bard said to the templar, anyhow."
"I can think fo a few things to do..."
"I'm sure you can. Think of things. To do."
*ten minutes later*
"Oh look, our mark has arrived..."
Colleagues with benefits? (Wouldn't call Taliesen a friend, somehow.) Always pegged them as the same age, to be honest.

I love HK in KOTOR2. They added so much more personality over his KOTOR1 variant. His mockery of Carth is the best. "Oh master, I do not trust you! I cannot trust you, or anyone, ever again!"

It's Zevran who accepts the contract for the merchant in his last story, and he chooses Taliesin for his team. I don't think there is much of a power imbalance there, beyond the usual human/elf thing.
There's an interesting thought - if Taliesin trained Zevran, did Zevran train anybody?

I ignore the toolset ages since I prefer to think of the characters as older anyhow (otherwise I'd feel I was cradle snatching :innocent:). But by making Zev younger in the cutscene Charsen showed us a page or two back, it really makes it look like there is a big age difference between Zev and Taliesen. I'm not sure how that could be overcome as making Taliesen look younger would make it harder to believe he was more experienced & trained Zevran.
It is Zev who says they were friends, and more. This leaves interpretation open about whether it was "friends" in a romantic sense or just f-buddies.
I've always wondered about whether Zev trained others too. It would make sense that he has, since he has led his own teams.
