First he called me handsome and I thanked him, but that doesn't mean I was intrested, because it's true. Then when he asked if we could be more then friend's I said 'Yes' because I wanted to be BEST friends. Then after a hard day of killing Darkspawn he offered me a massage and...and...OH GOD!

Game mechanics are sometimes very sloppy. Yes, there is the objection each time, it's the same objection, and it's the same disapproval. It bothers him every time, but they're not going to put the resources in to give him a different reaction each time. Hell, they went way beyond with Zevran than with the other love interests with the different sexytimes and different reactions to the sexytime starts. Alistair doesn't even get unique kisses for the different races and Zevran has different kisses, different tent scenes, etc.

With the jealousy talk, I find it very farfetched that Zevran is more concerned about Alistair/Leliana/Morrigan and that his motive is he doesn't want to upset them. I mean, ok, yeh, maybe, but why does he proposition the warden then if they're in a relationship with one of them?

FTR, Alistair also denies being jealous if asked. I think he's lying too.

Re: kissing jealousy talk, there's a biiiig difference between someone doing that in camp than doing it while stomping around in the woods with three other people, two of which you're in a relationship with. May even be part of why Zev and Leliana don't have the option without mods... those two are wiser to these things than Alistair, and seem to care a little more about certain "etiquette" than Morrigan does. It's interesting that Morrigan still backs off when it's her, though. XD Like "Oh, yeah, that is sort of in bad taste, isn't it? Oops."

Edit: The way I look at it, Zevran is just sort of... clearing his throat. Like "hey guys? I'm standing right here, you know." which would be a little (-3) exasperating to have to point out to your love/hump interest.

Given that he does give a kind of 'etiquette' reason later on, that's quite possible.  Mind you, he's not the only one to object, but he may be the only one to object for that reason.   I suppose it would make sense that Zevran and Leliana would have some rules about interactions, whereas Morrigan (more chaotic) and Alistair (innocent, inexperienced) would not.    What's odd is that he doesn't react that way if the romance isn't triggered, but he does react if it is - which can be one conversation away from the ambush.

Now you've made me think again.   He does react before he's romanced.  It's just not a disapproving reaction - but he obviously feels the need to say something about it.  I thought it was a bit of an over-reaction to bring up a ****house when talking about a kiss between lovers, but maybe that's the point.

It's not as simple as him being more concerned about the others.  He gives an ethical reason - he doesn't want to be a cheat.  

Imagine you (generic you) were in a situation where people were living and working closely together.  You're seeing person A who is also seeing person B, and everything is open and above board.   Person B gets to a point where he/she  insists on the relationship with person A being exclusive or nothing.   Would you happily continue with a secret affair, or would you insist person A chose one of you?    I'd tend to go for the latter, regardless of whether I felt jealousy myself or not.  (In fact I've been in a situation with some sort of similarities so I speak from experience).  

I don't think I'm that unusual (probably what's more unusual, in real life, is being in the original situation in the first place, so the ethics of it don't come up too often.  Sadly, it's probably much more common to cheat from the beginning).

He can proposition the warden when they're in a relationship, because it's all above board.   He's not being a cheat (which is the reason he gives for forcing a choice).   When it comes to the point of cheating, he won't do it. 

I know the game forces him (and all of them) to do something at that point, but it's really interesting that it's Zevran who gives a reason of ethic/morals - he won't do what he sees as wrong, because of what that will make him.  

You can ignore that and believe that he's just jealous and making up an excuse, and that will work fine.   But the ethical reason works perfectly too.   In either case, he doesn't admit to jealousy.  (Which is why I find it difficult to think of him being openly jealous at another point).
