Curious, as it was done in good fun...Princess invoked the closet Barbie-loving person that I am, and I was helplessly compelled to paint by the pinkness (which is one of my favourite colours SHUT UP). I'm surprised no one at all had called out dwarf discrimination when Aeducan is described as small and portrayed as a monster, but you see what you want to see I guess

Wriggling and squirming Jeff is always a delight to watch, and Steve's monologues are masterpieces --- The Inferno one is a classic <3 Also, I love the sepia photos in your gallery~! That's what I always say! I pretty much love the heck out of anything poking fun at him (when it's not malicious, we do it out of love). I think we've scared many people away, a frequent comment we get is asking why we treat him so poorly if we like him so much. They just don't understand the magnificence of photoshopping his head onto drag pageant queens or editing his moph to give him Morrigan makeup or having him make out with himself

People there do freak out if something making fun of him, even though it's usually a lot tamer, occurs in other threads, though.

Well, as I said, I think the intent matters a lot. If it's in good fun I don't really care and am often amused. Can't speak for anyone else but myself, though.

That means you can't use sarcasm though or you have to be ridiculously over-the-top but they still might not get that. People have taken A Modest Proposal seriously, after all.

Hm...given what you just quoted that was probably non-serious. However, I don't see a '' and instead see a '' so I will be forced to assume you are serious and explain that Princess is the device to make others think they are being personally attacked.

Yeah, thats the sad part of it. Hafta bend the rules then and use fake tags, I guess. Exceptions to the rule.

Irony in itself is a difficult thing to write, since some folks do it themselves in a way that's insurmountable.

Oh yessss! I first saw Jack Davenport as Norrington in Pirates of the Carribean, but was unimpressed. Saw him a bit in Mary Bryant and was a little impressed. Saw him as disgraced Norrington in Dead Man's Chest and HELLO THERE HANDSOME! I tell ya, scoundreliness does wonders.

And then I watched Steve in Coupling and was utterly in love with him. I was a bit miffed that Davenport was in the running for Eddard Stark in HBO's A Game of Thrones and didn't get it, but Sean Bean is not too shabby either...

This exactly! His character getting hotter in Pirates 2 was the only thing good about that movie, but Coupling is just him on a whole other level.
(Although my boyfriend just brought up movie commentaries and it reminded me how much I love the first Pirates commentary--just Jack Davenport being adorable and Keira Knightly talking about her boobs the whole time. Ahhhh marvelous. =P)

And yes Sean Bean is pretty squeeworthy as well.

The Isabella three/foursome is a funny one for me in RP terms.  I think I've only properly done it once.  This character (my avatar) I played as a good time girl but straight, and it didn't sit right to sell her body for information, not when she could show off her dexterity instead.   Another character I played as being attracted to Isabella, and then the sex did seemed more of a 'getting to know you', fun time for all thing rather than a transaction.    The problem with that was that I was determined to do the threesome with him, but flirting with all camp members complicates things.  Every time the subject came up, it seemed a party member would object and I'd have to reload, change party and try again. 

I've never gone for the foursome  - it seems to complicated to plan out.   My rogues go for the card game.   I don't even need to do it now that I've unlocked the specialisation.
