The way i am envisioning the trigger for the wedding is for the PC to ask zevran if he will marry them after he gets the ring (so yeah Sresla i suppose no Taliesen but crows for sure!) so it will be a dialogue option that is only available if Zevran gives you the ring

Alistair and Leliana - not sure what the trigger is, i will have to ask their fans to see what they think is appropriate.

Morrigan well... i think i will do something for her, but not a wedding..

edit: whoops sorry Tellervo i think the honeymoon part might show them nude, i can't recall.

Mwahaha, Greagoir does look awesome doing the official stuff! And I lol'd so hard at Oghren falling over drunk in the middle of that sappy romance music. Ahh, good times. XDD

Also, I suspect that since an elven mage (double strike!) becomes an Arl(essa) in canon, a male Warden can get away with marrying a male elf if he damn well wants to. And a human can marry him, or a dwarf... I imagine the Chantry technically doesn't like cross-species stuff either, but lolwat Arl/essa.

Aaaaaand if it bothers someone that much for a specific character, they don't have to trigger it.

Hmm just a thought about that wedding sequence. If i understand it right, Leliana's song is dealing with the subject of death and passing to the otherworld or whatever, so... don't know, that might be bit odd to hear during the wedding. How would it work with the other song, "I am the one" (it plays at ending credits) I mean, whatever lyrics are for that one chances are they fit bit better..? And it is also a nice song.

Charsen, when you say when Zevran offers the ring, do you mean for the second time?  I'm not sure a proposal would work after the first time he offers the earring unless you put that option in after he declares his feelings.

ALSO, hmmmm, since this will be built off zevran_main.dlg, would you mind doing a few bug fixes?  I'm lazy and my toolset is asploding all over the place, but there are some bugs that neither ZevRing nor DT fixes.  However, I know those types of things are a real nuisance to do, so I don't mind doing them if you provide b2bs.

Edit: I hope I didn't make Sresla's head explode  I swore I'd never say that forbidden word again!

I agree with this.  "I am the one" might be better, considering that Lel's song is an elven dirge.

With Alistair it is tricky, because him not being able to think of his future before the Landsmeet is kind of a staple of the romance.  So it would probably need to trigger post-LM somehow.  There is his "where do you see this going" dialogue, but that pops up well before the LM if you turn his romance on early.

But, we can discuss it over on the Ali thread when you get that far.

i looked for other songs, but i couldn't seem to locate any other than that one and a few that were far too short - the "music" folder seems to only contain song switches (whatever those are, they don't play music for me)

i picked the leliana song since it was also used in kisses and it's long, sort-of. i don't remember the end credit song off-hand though

You can hear it here:   it seems rather suiting (and funnily enough even matches the fade out/in you have in the draft video) but it's only personal opinion of course.

I think the song itself would need to be extracted from the fsb files as it only exists as music switch in the Toolset, but it's not very hard.

I am trying not to squee TOO much :wub: But yeh, that video is so beautiful.  I have both a human and elf female mage at that point (I believe) and I am really looking forward to seeing those.

Wow, Charsen, the wedding mod looks really great. And I think attaching it to the second ring offer is the smart option, since that's when you can actually mention it being a proposal. I wish my PC could run this game at a better frame rate. *sigh* Time to upgrade, it seems. I'm getting sad missing out on all these awesome mods.
