here is the dwarf commoner wedding rough draft. it's really rough though so don't worry too much about the edges yet. i haven't even applied animations on the left half of the platform or the king, etc. but i'll be working on that tonight and tomorrow. i hope to put out another video soon with updated animations. also, keep in mind that some of the models/textures are lower poly so the scene renders without hiccups. that will be upped to regular scene quality for the final edit.

thanks it will end with a walk down one of the lanes with everyone cheering while the deshyrs try to keep thumping their staves. that part is only halfway done, and currently looks like a herd of animals standing in a country road.

And while we're on the subject of weddings, I thought I'd drop off this related kmeme link before I forget again:

Zevran/M!Mahariel have a Dalish wedding. Fluff (and a lot of it)/humor
Had a couple people compare it favorably to the wedding mod. For my part, I consider that high praise!

And some of you might remember the fill that the wedding fic is a (distant) sequel to:
Warning: torture (Very dark and disturbing. I mean it.)
Linking this because the AO3 version has a new extra chapter between the two parts of the original fill. I'm thinking about fleshing it out through the Landsmeet eventually because the muse won't leave me alone about it.

thanks guys yes Mina, both her and Rica will hold flowers, and I am gonna see if i can do something else special like that in the final scene. gonna work on it some more tomorrow if CZ doesn't distract me with Alien Swarm too much, hehe

btw, there is a current_ video out that briefly mentions Zevran in the context of gay gamers. you have to wait til 1:45 for Zevran. and then a short blurb at the end.

Meh, close minded people...there is very creepy **** on the internet....( so creepy I wouldn't dare link ). I admit I was ( and still am to an extent ) biased against gays....never saw a reason to insult them for who they are though...

Me thinks that most people that do not like this character (for whatever reason and there is certainly more than one) kill him either at the first ambush or after he 'betrays' them later.

I did mean that some people would want to kill Zevran when they learn he is bisexual.



I for one was shocked when I heard him say that...I started Dragon Age about 2 weeks after I got Mass Effect, and after learning about the whole SexBox thing I was very surprised about this.( In a good way mind you. )

Well, I don't know when people generally learn he is bisexual. It is written in the guide e.g. so I knew it before I started playing the game actually. Then I believe he explicitly states that he fancies both women AND men in the dialogue fairly at the begging. Maybe someone can dig it up in toolset...
How often it is reason to want to kill the character, I don't know, but my impression always was that other reasons are more frequent (he wanted kill the warden, his morals, he is assassin, he is sleazy, he betrays the warden, ...).

yeah, when i started up DAO i hadn't read any of the reviews or anything, i had just recently broken up with my boyfriend of 3 years and my 18 year old dog died the day before, so i wasn't really reading game reviews. i figured i'd be playing my usual celibate character. =p then zevran defined his orientation and i was floored. some part of me still figured it was a trick or something, so i didn't pursue the romance til Orzammar. i had it in the back of my head that we'd get up to the romance bit and he'd say lolno sorry or something stupid, and i didn't actually expect there would be a sex scene for us at all. i was really surprised.



even though i normally don't like elves, he was masculine enough to be ok. though his hair... yeah so i switched from the 360 to PC and downloaded a mod for duncan's hair. looks better to me than the galadriel hairdo imo. i know, heresy! *shrug* but long hair isnt my thing. longest i stand is about the length in my avatar.

But now I sort of have this with ME, I have zero information since I've been very ignorant towards sci-fi games... and everything is like surprise haha. Even the ****load of spoilerific screens and discussions in this thread escape me, weird really. I suppose I just don't connect the dots or something.

I honestly dont like ME1 or ME2's story at all... it was the characters and gameplay that did it for me in ME2 (I hated ME1's gameplay and all the characters not wrex and garrus)
