And tell me about the elf ears mod! Does it work with imported characters or only new ones? And can you still change the size?

the size change on elf ears mod isn't very versatile and I didn't check any old chars but I think it just replaces all chars with the new ears. I'm going to use it for this playthrough because I like how I designed my Dalish elf but I might not use it for other characters. I'm not clear on how many of these will work (if any) in Awakening anyway so it probably is just for new characters at this point.

and Zevran squee of the day: Alexander's fowl mood over the Dalish gets more and more prominent the more he speaks to them when Zevran pipes in and his comment certainly didnt help :3

Gilmore tho... I always wanted to believe my HNF were all fooling around with him, but he's just so darned earnest....

And if I were a guy char I'd want to try out romancing the bartender lady in Tapsters. I just like her cheerful attitude

Oi, I may need to reload - I don't remember any song being sung, just some poem being repeated by the guy that does the memorials - and no one else was there - it wasn't like the whole camp turned out...I may have missed it somehow...

My DE resented having to go with Duncan, it was mostly Tamlen on her mind more than anything else.  Did you find out what happened to your parents?  I asked all around camp, and ppl kept putting me off - is there a way you can find out?  If so, I need to reload at the beginning and try and find it...was very frustrating not really knowing what happened.  Same with the CE - you know your mother is killed by humans, but why?

remember he *did* try to live with them and that obviously didnt go over well especially since they "didnt live up to his fantasies" and he ended up moving back to antiva city

@Rhinna - Turns out that your father was the former keeper, and he and your mother were out in the woods and came across some humans....the humans killed dad, mortally wounded mom, and she was able to drag herself back to camp in time to give birth to the PC character.

Makes the whole DE origin sadder IMHO.

Some red headed elf near a statue told me that.

Edit: Why does Zev look so worried in that screenie? Is A. going to chop off all the elf's heads?

Nooo fair, how did you get him to do that?  I kept trying to rearrange my party order to get that shot, but it was always Alistair sitting there.  (Do you really want to be that close, Alistair? Really?)

the story tellers attitude pissed Xander off big time and I wont have to be OoC to suggest the Elves be murdered by the werewolves the more Xander talks to them the more pissed off he gets

I was just thinking, my DE killed the wounded soldier you come across in the Kocari Wilds, saying 'we don't have time for this." "See? He's already dead."

But then brings the wounded Dalish hunter back to the Dalish camp. I wish there had been some response from Alistair if he was with in the group when you save the Dalish Hunter.....kind of along the lines of "I thought we didn't have time for this sort of thing?"

not in Zevrans case then its ugly black underwear (atleast in his current armor)

Male dalish armor=incredibly hot

I took it as his feelings toward both. He definitely has his problems with the Dalish, so I think there's a little contempt toward them when he says it. But considering that he's been subjugated by humans as much as any other elves (albeit in a different way), I definitely see some resentment toward humans in there. It just makes me think of his "The Crows recruit elves because humans consider us beautiful" line. Humans have still controlled his life, and I do think his view is affected by it. I don't think he's upset with the Warden at all (how mean do you have to be to get those lines? I was personally a little confrontational, but do less harsh lines still trigger the apology?), but I don't take it as a positive comment about either group.

He's like that in mine too. I guess it is just having him 2nd in the group? Or maybe he only does it if Alistair's not there?

it seems realistic bodies mod made a super skinny elf body as well as a muscleman elf body

neither look right to me in either case (male elves with muscles reminds me of flat chested female bodybuilders personally...) and the skinny elf looks like you can sneeze and snap him in two

You know, Nonvita, I've always wondered about that. He does seem to hold the dalish in some contempt. I wonder what happened when he sought them out. Did they hand him back over to his 'owners' as so to escape the Crows coming after them? Hmm....
