also I have to say that really disturbing shot of mother Mallow and Ser Gilmore came out of nowhere

I mean WTF I havnt seen them since the origins then BAM the first thing you see at fort drakon are their not so rotting corpses

does that mean they where alive till recently? why would they even be KEPT alive that long its been around a year or so since Xanders family died >_<

I cut alot of the Boma brothers conversation out

but you really have to see it Zevrans voice is epic expecially when hes acting all offended no one has heard of him

But it's been a good discussion ....even if Sresla twisted my words and verbally MURDERED Zevran and then pinned it on me

About DA:Awakening:
We basically know 2 things: no, Zevran (and also other LI from Origins) will not be there as companions, that means no " active" romance for PC; and yes, the romance from Origins will be acknowledged via some kind of in-story reference (I guess this will be different for each of them).
+ there is no new romance option for PC (and that's imo VERY good sign).
I also think that each LI will be handled differently. I suppose there is no way to kill off Alistair and Morrigan as I suspect them to play role in DA2 continuity. Though I can imagine Leliana's death very easily and being completely in her character (not that I wish that, I romanced her and liked it, lol). Zevran's death is not that likely since he is good at surviving (I agree on that with person who wrote it earlier), so my personal guess is that he will be off on his own mission while the PC is on theirs or he will just wait somewhere for PC to finish their job (less likely). Breakup is imo very OOC option how to solve this.
In some other topic (forgive me I don't include the link, I'm lazy as*) Mr.Gaider wrote that it wouldn't be very good idea to develop the Origins romance stories on small expansion space. Like what would you write? "I love you." "I love you too." End. I would rather wait for some plot in this story line :3 And I have faith that it will come in DA2 (Bioware, get budget for that!!).
Considering the wast set of epilogues it's not possible to include all of them as starting point for expansion. This happened before. Some discontinuity is to be expected, that's for sure. But look how they handled e.g. expansion for BGII (I am playing it right now) Viconia loves the PC again, woot! Ehm ... my point is that there has to be a story to tell. She basically broke up with PC in the original game and their expansion romance is about how to fix it and make work.

Your flow chart is instantly invalidated because of lack of John Madden. A flow chart without John Madden is like a kitten without cute. Again, another illustration.

I'd imagine plot devices could be uses to limit the amount of PC specific continuity that would impact the next game. If your Warden married Alistair to rule with him, perhaps you will be forced to leave your royal duties in favor of Gray Warden duty, which really trumps rullership of a single small nation, when you think about it. It could make for a heart wrenching story arch. If Anora is queen, Alistair could leave to do GW duties with you. If your romance is ether Zev or Lel, no reason for complications there.



I think, maybe different endings could simply lead to the same major story lines in the sequel, just for different reasons. Anvil of Void will complicate matters I think. Perhaps decisions you made in Origins would simply dictate some of the resources you have at your disposal in the sequel...



I really hope they go this rout so that there's some important continuity preserved for our files. But in one thread, David Gaider said they might be better off with a cannon ending so they can focus on a new story. I think that would be pretty weak. I hope he wasn't serious.
