@Morgothic, both stories are interesting, actually. Both potentially have extra romance dialogs as well (HNF only if you marry Alistair).

Basically I have decided I need to take a female character (usually only play male charcters) through DA: O (Once I've got my Dwarf Noble Warrior and my Human Blood Mage through Orgins and completed Awakeing's with an Orlesian Warden...err yeah...), so in your opinion what is the the best choice out of City Elf or Human Noble Storyline/Romance wise (I have played both the Orgins) bearing in mind I plan to romance both Alister and Zevran for the Achivements but I also want a good story out of the play through which then if I like it enough may continue onto DA:A.

Thoughts?

Human noble may work better story-wise if you plan to, say, dump Alistair for Zevran or vice versa.  I only say that because as a city elf, IMO it takes some doing  to romance a human man after what you go through in your origin story.  Of course, there are RP possibilities why one might do this- maybe your Tabris wants to get revenge on human men by luring Alistair in and dumping him cruelly or something.    You might also leave Alistair unhardened, have him dump your character at the Landsmeet, then run to Zevran's welcoming arms.

It really depends on what you want to play.  Have you done either origin yet as a male PC?  I'll say that city elf female is probably one of the most powerful origin stories in the game.  Something to consider.

Hmmm, this time I put my mage in chasind robes and Morrigan looks downright covered compared to her. What an awful graphic. She looks so COLD!

Frankly I find them a bit weird on the menfolk too.  I'm all for bare(ish) chests, but the way it's cut is quite peculiar.  I'd have to look at a screenie to try to explain exactly why, but there's just something odd about it...

Male version's not so bad, though.  My human mage looks a bit like he's wearing a duster looking at him from the back when he's running.

 Edited to add: @ jenovan - good point - my guy's got a dark tan, so I prefer to see it as top grain leather, not skin.  If he were fair-skinned, it would look pretty odd.

I love them! I found them very intriguing, both wild and dainty. That's why I love also the Teviter robes for my Mages - awesome!

It's a very... revealing outfit. I mean, Morrigan's is pretty revealing, but Chaisnd Robes are worse.

Ask and you shall receive.  But now you're going to make fun of how I dress Zevran.    I like him in this and don't like the leather armors much, so he frequently is dressed up in the fur and bearclaws.

Well poo, I like the Chasind robes on females. Leliana looked hot in them (stop glaring at me everybody >.>). They're fine on males, but the no-nipple thing makes it look weird to me. If you don't want to show nipples, then why did you leave a giant hole where the chest is?

They do actually look great on Leliana.  I hate to admit it, but they look better on her than on my PCs.

Er, that's not bare skin you're seeing, it's leather.  Is that why people hate them, because they think the men are bare-chested??

Edit:  It's only on female PCs where the chest hangs out.  And we all know why that is!

Mine eyes have been deceived! The only male I've seen them on is Zevran, and it matches his skin so well... Thanks for clarifying!

I had them on my modded Leliana, who's actually ridiculously gorgeous, and my heavy plate wearing HN was getting a little jealous. So I threw her in some leather armor, and felt better about the world once again.

City Elf - Starts of hating the whole Marriage thing, but doesn't hate humans, just doesn't trust them. What happens happens. Hates Alister as she just assume he going to be Vaghun 2.0 and doesn't give him chance until the whole Lienna racism convosation when she realises she is just as bad as her...tries to be more nice to Alister and realise's he's not Vaghun 2.0.  Alister Romance up until Arl Eamon reveals Alister is Maric's Son, knowing he lied to her is to much to take so she dumps Alister and Zev comes along to pick up the pieces.

Pretty much standard, no?

MorGothic, losing approval with Alistair is not a big deal.  You just need -24 neutral for him to marry your noble.  And that's doable with gifts, even if you bottom out at 100 hostile.  You may end up having to give him Zevran's and many of Morrigan's gifts, mind you, but I've done it.
