Lol, Minaleth. First the warning, and then pushing me to the what could be the most addicting pages. That's funny.
Thank goodness I still have lots of errands to run this morning, or I'll be hopelessly engrossed right now. As is, I won't even be touching it until I get back later on.
Wise decision, that is.
You know you can't resist, neither can I. So there is no point in keeping you people away from links

BTW just noticed while doing the DT stuff:
when Zevran says "An assassin... must learn to forget about sentiment. It is dangerous. You take your pleasures where you can, when life is good. To expect anything more would be reckless." or "I thought it was th esame between us. Something to enjoy, a pleasant diversion and a little more. And yet..."
comment reads: "very awkward -- he is in love with the player but uncomfortable discussing it"
when Zevran replies to "Are you saying you're in love with me?" the comment is: "embarassed that he knows nothing about love"
Additionally if you say "That's all it is to me, Zevran." but say "We don't need to end this, Zevran", he will reply with "I do."
the comment is: "there should be some hesitancy when he says this -- the player might not need to end this, but he does. And he can't just blurt it out. This is an awkward thing to have to tell someone."
He ends the dialog with the VO comment "grim"
Thanks very much for posting this. I don't have a clue how to use the toolset but it looks like I'm going to have to learn, just so that I can find these conversations.
I think the voice acting is great in these lines.

Does he suffer? I know when I persuaded Alistair to go through with the ritual he looked like he was enjoying it when it came to the cut scene. And no guilt trips afterwards, apparently. I was a bit fed up because it had taken so much work to get him in my tent earlier in the game.

Alistair looked terrified to me. But I think it is the default
expression, because I just did a playthrough with a man and he looked
horrified. And he romanced Morrigan, (along with Zevran and Leliana. He
was a pimp this time around lol)

I find the scenes where Zevran comments on the PC's decisions to be particularly interesting. I'm not sure how to best post the dialogue trees, hopefully you'll be able to follow it.
Here for example are his comments about Ruck:
PC (after conversation with Ruck): I should go.
Zevran: I am not what one would call a sympathetic man, but seeing him like this pains me. (cool)
We should at least put him out of his misery. (emotionless)
Ruck: Is not so bad. The dark and the burning keeps Ruck warm... warm like Mother's arms--
Zevran: His mind is gone, and his body will soon follow. I have seen victims of poisoning in better shape. (disdainful)
PC: He may not live as we do, but that's no reason to kill him.
Zevran (if Persuasion check succeded): I guess you're right. We'll just leave him here to his fate.(grundging)
Zevran (if Persuasion check failed): That is not my point. (cold)
He is no longer who he used to be. If his sanity were intact, he wouldn't want this. (with distaste)
I suppose you will do as you wish. (giving up)
or
PC: Perhaps you're right.
Zevran: I hate to say it, but leaving him alive is crueler than just killing him. (not a lot of emotion at the thought)
or
PC: Enough. I will not have you questioning my decisions.
Zevran: So I am to follow you like a dog and have no say in what we do? I see how it is. (angry)
I suppose you will do as you wish. (giving up)

That's strange. He was smiling in my cut scene. In fact, it was just like the cut scene with my male PC (who was already sleeping with Morrigan). Or maybe I misintepreted the expression. I'll see if I can get a screencap.
ETA: I rest my case.

Or maybe that he had to do it with Zevran. While I watched. That would work.

Wow on the Alistair picture. That is while he's with Morrigan? I've never let my PC allow the DR, but I saw Loghain on YouTube. He looks horrified and disgusted.
Hmm, being how Alistair is, that could also be an embarrassed grin (battling serious things with humor, sort of), but.., hmm, well.
I wish there were witers comments on cut-scenes, then I could pester Allerleihrau some more.

Maybe it's just me, but it looks like he's grimacing to me. Like, "Oh Maker, I must be in some horrible nightmare."
But, I dunno, that's just my opinion.
And quoted for my Alistair sexyness

Feel free to "pester" me, if you're interested in the comments for a particular scene. I don't mind at all.
(Not all dialogue lines have them though.)
To be honest, I don't know if cutscenes have comments. It's quite possible that they are there, somewhere. I am a complete newbie when it comes to the toolset though. I am used to modding Bethesda games, but this toolset scares me a little to be honest.
If I find something, I'll be sure to tell you.

Thanks Allerleihrau. I had so much fun with the NWN/NWN2 toolset, and with the Morrowind/Oblivion one. I simply hate that I can't install this one.

It's even worse when someone asks the PC if they agree (esp Zev is an expert in this). The possible replies are basically yes or no. Unfortunately negation works differently in english and my first language and I always get confused which answer is which.Sabriana wrote...
Agreed, Minaleth. I have the game installed in English (not my mother-tongue), and in the beginning it felt like: "What? What did I say?"

English is my first (and virtually only) language, but I struggle with some of the options. Sometimes I'll choose an option and the characters seem to think it means the opposite of what I meant it to mean.

THIS. Cannot explain my confusion when I meant for my PC to say something playful and ended up getting snapped at o__o; Of course, when it gets to the point of disapproval, I start to ask what I did wrong and then search for gifts...or...y'know...tenttime...either works

Good to know this happens even for native speakers (I'm not one either, so I thought this was just being me, not seeing the obvious as usual).
The first time this happened to me was when talking to Morrigan about her being a shapeshifter and she asked my PC, if she thought her an abomination to be put to the torch. I answered that I thought this would just make her angry, because I meant that the Templars would have a hard time trying to burn her as a witch, seeing that she managed to fool them in the past, but she was very annoyed with my PC. Ooops.
