*Sigh* between Charsen's mod and DT's fix to that sequence.  I'm happy again.  And I WILL replay that game, the ending, so I have a Cousland to take to awakenings who is NOT married to Alistair.  Second Awakenings playthrough will probably be married to him but still with Zevran.  IF Awakenings doesn't tick me off the way the romance is handled, that is.

having worked tech support before though, ... the horror stories I could tell you. Specifically having worked AOL tech support for all of 3 months before I lost enough sanity to quit.. "No ma'am, if you put your credit card in the floppy drive slot, you will have to get a tech repair professional to remove it..."

Why in DEX? Maybe I missed something in your earlier posts, Sabriana, but if you're going for a pure caster Mage (no Arcane Warrior), Dexterity is useless, since you'll find many a item that will boost your Defense regardless of your Dexterity and then again the whole point is to not draw the attention of the big bad guys and stay behind

A bit of a dex boost isn't a bad idea.  My AW/SH pulled a crazy amount of aggro.  The top level AW ability makes the dex kind of a moot point (I can't remember the name) but you don't get it for a while.  I put a ton of points in willpower so that she could cast constantly without needing potions, but with the BM ability you might want to dump into con instead.

Hmm I could write a guide on how I would build an BM/AW if you would like... I could also wirte up the pure BM build my (currenily level 16 mage) uses. If you would both like me to (mainily because I have just got the "Recuse the B*tch Queen" quest and I don't want too..).

I have no idea how to end this DN play through...I planned to have my Mage spare Loghain and make Alister marry Anora and do the Dark Ritual (my Mage falls in love with Morrigan), BUT, My DN belives in doing your duty even if you don't want to. He put Behlen on the Throne because he saw he was what Orzammar needed the same as he destroyed the Anvil as he took heed Carridan's story (where as my Mage didn't and he has Behlen Crowned to).

The whole Alister angry thing doesnt matter with my Mgae as he doesnt really like Alister, but my DN does.

Help?

MorGothic, my DN is going to spare Loghain too. She thinks that executing former Hero of Ferelden, who still has his followers, would just destibilize the region even further. However, she's not exactly friends with Alistair

it's true - but musicians are rather fussy in my experience. or, at least the professional orchestral ones. however, they are rather fun while it lasts and ...ahem... their professional talents translate very well.

I have to figure out exactly how to do it... if the player talks to zev & s/he doesn't have the ring but s/he should then zevran might re-propose... or I could just do an auto-update... dunno. The first way would involve some dialogue manipulations... that will be tricky but do-able, and I have since figured out how to pull Zevran's dialogues apart and re-insert them into the dialogue tree.

For the usable item, that might be easier especially if i let the player pick out what the attributes will be... in fact, i have a roleplay plan for that, so i'm working on it now - i think i will make the ring usable first, then i'll add in the ring giving retroactively based on the new conversations..

I plan to expand this to have other benefits today, this is just the preliminary one for proof of concept. =) Use it if you like.

the closest I ever got to dating a girl was a Will and grace style relationship(and I despise that show BTW) with my best friend who happens to be a complete Yaoi(read: Bishi's aka flat chested dickgirls) fangirl

it was utterly hilarious seeing her boyfriends get incredibly jealous of me despite the fact I made it known I was gay

could never bring myself to be with a woman like that beyond hugging though (like I said earlier in the topic Im a very huggable person)

Quick question on Zevran stuff, is it at all possible to get the earring and be anything other than in love? you can't since he falls in love with the player after Taliesen, right? Just wanna make sure my dialogue tree isn't being too strict
