Charsen I WOULD upload Xander portrait if I could however my craptastic internet routermodem whatever is freaking horrible and blocks pretty much every online game I have even if the fire walls and ports are taken down

Yup, and the color is a perfect match for his eyes, which are a greeny-blue (yes, there's a greeny-blue eye color in the vanilla game ).

Well hopefully i can fix the bug... i actually found the bug while working on something extra squee for Zevran... so if i can squash this bug then i'm a step closer in adding to the squee

It's a good style. Works for mages, oddly....





Bug-fixing. Be careful, bug-fixing can get you stuck in a spot, fixing multiple bugs over and over. I know a mod-project that's pretty much dead because there's only one modder, and he's too busy playing Mister Lets-Make-Kissy-Face with the other half to realize he'll never finish all the bug-fixing and thus will never finish it at all.

Well, this is a huge spoiler for people that haven't done the earring bit yet... but I suppose most of the people around here don't fall into that category.



For the first earring dialogue, the beginning comments about his description of the earring say "it's no big thing, just a simple gift." If you accept it right away, his thanks ("It's meant a lot to me, but so have... so has what you've done. Thank you. I have no better way to say it.") are described as "awkward, embarassed -- he finds it very difficult to discuss his true feelings."

If you choose the "so... not a token of affection then?" option, his "I... look, just... just take it" is described as "taken off guard -- he's not used to discussing his feelings." If you accept it at that point, his response ("I have no better way to say it. Thank you.") is described as "embarassed, pleased."

If you don't accept it, his response is first "exasperated," then in the final line "he gives up in frustration."

When he refuses the tent,  the comment says "awkward -- he can't believe that he's saying no, but he is." Then "uncomfortable" if you question him about it, and finally "upset, awkward" when he tells you to do other things (). If you chose the "Maybe you'd prefer we stopped this altogether?" his line "if that is what you wish" is "grim -- it's not what he wants, but maybe it's better that way." And the last part is then "upset, uncomfortable."

(If you haven't slept with him at this point and he refuses the tent there are a couple of other/extra dialogue choices which can lead him to say, "Trust me, under normal circumstances I would not hesitate. It's just... I do not wish to talk about it," which is described as "awkward, uncomfortable -- he is out of his depth." Another choice leads to "enough! I do not want to talk about "feelings" or anything remotely similar!" which has the comment "disgusted, he has no idea how to discuss such things.")

For the second earring convo....... When you tell him he seems different, the comment about his first line is "he knew the question was coming." The next line ("Are you certain you wish to talk about this? I really do not know what to say") has the comment "at a loss -- he's not good talking about his feelings." Then the part where he talks about how he thought his time with the Warden was just a pleasant diversion is described as "very awkward -- he is in love with the player but uncomfortable discussing it." The next part, where he's been confused since you asked him to your tent is "uncomfortable and awkward." Then in the next part, there are a couple of slightly different dialogues (depending on your choice) where he wonders if there's a future for the two of you, and both are described as "uncomfortable and awkward -- he finds it hard to discuss his feelings."

When he mentions still having the earring and whatnot, it's described as "awkward but affectionate," and his "not unless you wish it" is described as "hopeful." And if you accept it, he is described as "moved" when he says "then that is enough for me."



Oh, and I just copied and pasted the VO comments.. I know "embarrassed" actually has two r's.... lol. So, uh, [sic]

 i believe that when it says "moved" it means the actual line was moved in the dialogue tree from another position because i see that somewhat often, not that the actor was "touched" 

but i could be wrong, it just seems really common and on very blah lines too

but yeah good stuff!


btw: favorite comment so far is when Zevran says "Work, work, work"... the comment is: "laughing -- he's been asked to have sex and he's playing like OH IT'S SO MUCH WORK"

speaking of Xander iv beaten the game with hima nd have *plenty* of screen shots including Anora admitting that "prince consort" as a title is pretty much a techniqality (meaning I pretty much am king) and that Xander intimiadates her~ and Zevran to the rescue pics~

Oh, we've a mouse problem right now, thanks to them tearing down the old factory across the street and putting up $300,000 condos...the mice all decided the row homes here are better than the fields are, so....
