Hmm, think I'm gonna go test out the male version of the revised CE dialogue!

Similar, but from a different angle by the looks of things.ejoslin wrote...
Looks like that could be the Zevran female-elf kiss.
I'm looking forward to getting back to Sereda. One of the things I liked about DA:A was Sigrun. Too bad I got so little time with her. But she inspires me to play Sereda.. I only wish I had made her a rogue instead of a DW warrior. I h8 warrior class, why do I even bother trying. Anyway... I didn't get that broom line with Gorim! Cute! My Sereda left on good terms with Harrowmont, so it will be very difficult for her to choose. I can imagine she and Zevran having a heated argument while she tries to pretend he isn't telling her what she needs to and doesn't want to hear about Harrowmont.ejoslin wrote...
ANYWAY! I finished the Dwarf Noble origin and Ostegar last night. I haven't even gotten Zevran yet (Charsen) but I will in a few minutes. I had only played the DN origin through once before, and I guess I missed a lot, because it was better than I remembered. Gorim and his magical, well built broom (oh yeh, baby, enchantment). Bhelen being the weasel he is. Harrowmont not standing up for my noble, passing sentence, and storming off in anger when she claimed not to have killed Trian (which she undoubtably did).
Since she left on bad terms with both Harrowmont and Bhelen, and since she knows what kind of rulers they both would be, she's not going to have an easy time choosing.

Hmm, but no, it seems different -- in the revised male elf kiss, Zev does come at the PC at a different angle, and it's the PC who raises his hand to Zev's face (which is entirely obscured by their heads... why bother? :< ). It's an interesting difference from the original, but not much of an improvement, I'm with Sresla on this one. XD

I'm frustrated by lack of numbers. Population of Ferelden? Percent mages? Population of the Circle (pre- and post-abominations)? Height of the Tower? If it hosts 100 mages and a good number (how many??) Templars you know it has to have a bigger local population (how many?) to support it than the half dozen hanging out in the tavern.
And why'd they put the Templars on the 4th floor when they should be nearer to the ground so escaping mages would have to go through them?

That's a help, although 1 million seems kind of puny. But then, we've no idea how big Ferelden actually is.jenovan wrote...

Hmm, the CEd guidebook lists Ferelden's population as 1 million, but no clue on the rest.(Kinloch Hold/Lake Calenhad aren't listed with population data.)
hah, good point about the Templars' accomodations, unless it's considered more important for them to be near the Harrowing Chamber? But you'd think front-door security would be a more common issue (*cough* Anders) than Harrowing...

It has been interesting doing the first part without a proper tank.
I've seen others say this, but to me it felt harder. Not sure why.It seems easier than DA:O, or maybe I'm just more used to the combat system now (playing on 'hard').
