I had Anders with me a lot (a two mage, and even a three mage party turned out to be fun), so he got to 100%, and I still had gifts left for him. Justice was quite high, I think, but the rest were miserable sods despite their gifts.

Yes, the lady who draw all our favourite guys is quite skilled. It lacks maybe a bit in composition and expressiveness, but technique is impressive. And everything is tasteful, even Cullen. And there is Loghain :3 Definitely worth a visit.

Speaking of my friend's pinups... here. Yes, they are usually marked Mature, but given that they are pinups... I haven't been on the site I met him on in a while, so I don't know if he's even around anymore. But his art is wonderfully smexy.

I actually joined up just to see it.  I'm surprised it's 'mature' (it's just kissing - well as far as you can see), but it is a sexy picture.

The reason it's labled as Mature is that they are both clearly naked. You might only be able to see the curve of her breast, but it's clear they're naked, and DA has an issue with naked people.

Oh, it's just the site policy - I see. I suppose they have to protect themsleves. I'm so used to (real life) art galleries being full of nudity (I used to spend a lot of time at one in my youth, in amongst all the marble buttocks and rippling muscles). I don't like the idea of nudity being considered 'mature' in itself. (What about breastfeeding?).

Yap, naked at devart = mature. They have pretty comprehensive policy at what you can and cannot post, what is mature, what is porn... blah blah. World is so tied in rules *sigh*

Artists often tag their works mature, just in case. Internet galleries raise nice bunch of questions, from mature content to legal stuff and copyrights. I think they have hard time making decisions about policies.
RL galleries are different thing imo since not everyone can put their works on display there.

Companions give you more approval for plot gifts if you give them after they mentioned them (dorectly or no). There's a thread somewhere calles "List of interest points" or something with list of locations that trigger conversations, very handy. I only missed two on first playthrough, 'tab' key is a blessing. I wonder how they work for console users.
I see that "love" glitch is pretty common. It was amusing when it happened with Anders in my game and a little bit creepy with Valenna

I was trying to play through once without spoilers, so I haven't been doing research, but it looks like I'm going to need that list of interest points. Some of the companions aren't really talking to me, so it's difficult to know what they want. Sometimes I find things but can't click on them - maybe those are an option for companions not in the party.(I really hate the idea that you have to take every companion to every place in case you miss an important dialogue.    But I'll give it a try).

Guess who that is? My very first male. He's a Dalish elf. He is also a warrior, but I'm not shure which way to go. I want a unique elf, so it'll be either a sword and shield, or a two-handed weapon warrior.

What do you all think? S&S or 2H?
I want to romance Morrigan, or perhaps, if he (and I) is brave enough, even Leliana. But I'd rather think I want him to go for the witch. I want to have that bitter-sweet romance, where she runs off with his kid, etc. (not the god/demon kid, I've read somewhere that she gets pregnant with a regular baby).
I just have to make sure to be strong enough so he can get past Zevran. That'll be the real challenge, I'm quite sure of it.

It makes sense that you can only bond with companions with whom you actually spend some time on the road, but yeah, I know what you mean. In a longer game it just wouldn't work for me.

Edit: Hello Sabriana! Your elf looks great, he'd look even better with Zevran! (ok, I'm not going to tempt you ) I prefer S&S, it's more interesting at lower levels, but then again, Xander seems to be an extremely efficient 2H warrior, so I don't know <_<

Edit: I really did not like the conversation system in DA:A.  What I liked in DAO was how you had companions comment on things while you did things (like Zevran, ummmm, everywhere).  Expanding on that may be cool, but clicking on objects in your enviornment... I didn't like it.

Yeah, really what are the odds? The only thing that might make me strong enough is that I really, really want to try the Morrigan romance. I don't think Leliana could compete with Zevran. I'm guessing she just scared my femWardens too much with her ninja-love.
Both my amazons are DW, wanted to try something different, and I think an elf who can tank is something different. The 2H looks so slow though. Ack! Does it get any faster? If  not, I'll have to do the S&S, after all.

I agree about the conversation system. It still makes me laugh that my friend clicked on a tree, and suddenly the blond Morrigan started chatting with his dwarf. It is really silly to have your companions with that thing over their head when they are ready to talk, I want to talk with them whenever I want. I never ran out of conversations with the old companions. I mean, what's the point in talking for ages in camp? One, or perhaps two nice conversations are enough, and it means they are spaced throughout the game.

You know, I never seem to run out of conversation either. Well, except for with Zevran and Alistair (if I romance him), because I do talk to them every time I go to camp. Otherwise, I chat with one or two of them, visit the tent with either Zevran or Alistair (or sometimes both! if I start going to the tent early with Zev), and get back to adventuring.

Edit: It would get boring if I felt the need to run through all the conversations of everyone as soon as they were available.
