Hiya. I don't have all that much time, but enough to pop in and say 'hi'.
About the height thing, I have screen-shots where the human female is just a forehead taller, some were she is only a half a forehead taller, and some where he looks up like in Sannox's screen-shot. I think it depends on where she/he is standing, and let's not forget that the elf male suddenly is taller than Zevran, and the dwarf female miraculously grows to accommodate Alistair.
Anyway, on to my male elf tale. I'm quite determined to bore you all with it, whether you like it or not, muahahahah.
Well, he's a dalish elf, 2H beserker. Yes, you read that right. I'm in for the challenge. Lordy, that 2H is slow. It deals a lot of damage, but it's sooooo slooooow.
We shut down the Zevran romance, just to be on the safe side. Besides, it will give me the opportunity to see our assassin as a friend.
I haven't done anything with Leliana (I hope), I'm kind of torn. I read that Morrigan and Leliana snipe at each other if both are romanced. But I don't know whether my dalish is up to it. He's quite taken with human women, he kissed Bella, and Kaitlyn. I didn't even know it was possible to kiss Kaitlyn.
He refrained sleeping with Gheyna though.(mostly because I don't know if that'll hurt the 'Cammen/Gheyna' relationship).
However, I think I'll shut Leliana down as well. I don't think I can stomach it. Besides, Ardyn is quite taken with Morrigan, he finds her interesting, intriguing, and challenging. I inadvertantly turned the Morrigan romance on very early. I had that "You grew up in the wilds" conversation, and one line of dialogue was different. He chose "You can probe me anytime".
That's a double meaning, isn't it? Don't deny it, that's the only line that's different, and after he used it, Morrigan was 'interested'. I wasn't sure whether it was just saying "you can ask me any question" in a joking way, or if it was something different altogether. Well, now I know. I searched around, and sure enough, it definitely has a double meaning. Although, it would fit turning the m/m romance on much better, ahem. Just my opinion in what I found out about the 'double'.
Zevran was funny. He "hoped that my dalish was utterly stupid?"
Also, I have to reiterate that the Zevran romance is not only easy to turn off, after that talk he gave my dalish a +6. So I call rubbish if someone tells me that he won't stop flirting, and that the PC loses approval if turning his romance off. My elf also is already in the 27+ zone with Zevran, all without flirting and gunning for the highest approval. Boots, small gold-bar, and polite/friendly conversation is all it takes.
I know, I know. Lot's of text. Bear with me, I'm swamped at work, and popping in here actually relaxes me, and gives me a break. Anyway, it wouldn't be complete without me showing off my dalish. I'm so proud of my first male. If all goes well, I'll make another elf male, and this one will go for Zevran. It's so much fun to find new stuff, yay.
At the joining. I tweaked him a bit and started over. Now he has a different tattoo, and is more tanned, as befitting a dalish.
Meeting Morrigan. This actually convinced me that he'll go for Morrigan in a big way. Look at the expression in his eyes.
At Flemeth's hut. I have no clue why his hair looks purplish. It really is the color you see in the other pictures.
