Hm Ejo - might I suggest a slight approval gain if agreeing with him early on (if friendly / romancing)? This would at least show that you respected his opinion enough to change yours. I would think that would please him.

Hmmm, the thing is... Zevran gains approval very easily. I'm thinking circumstances he tries to sway you. There's the Dalish, and that nets you +4 approval. But there's allowing him to talk you into siding with Bhelen, which nets you nothing. The mercy killing of Ruck, nothing. He approves of killing Conner but has no approval attached to saving him.

I understand approval gains when slavery or elves are involved.  But mages I don't know that he would feel any attachment to.  I think it's more he just does not approve of slaughter for no reason.

Thinking I will restart my dwarf playthrough, I will finish it but I want her to be a rogue and not a warrior. Warriors are meh.

I had a save for my mage before Ruck. Works great, thank you for the umteenth time, Ejoslin. You rock. My mage had Zevran, Oghren and Shale in her party, and I was resigned to hear Oghren overriding Zevran. It just felt right for that PC to want Oghren to come along. She's a mage and totally ignorant of anything dwarf.

Nonvita, it's not only a bit unhealthy, but also a bit intoxicating. This cake needs lots of Kirschwasser (Cherry water, a Black Forest specialty), but don't be fooled. It only looks like water, but has an amazing kick.

Not really, MInaleth. EA has offices and warehouses across Europe. Besides, I think people are upset about being mislead, not because of the contest. But the banners are a hoot.

Well, the Ruck mod prevents Oghren from overriding Zevran, and it also gives the PC the opportunity to object.

The mage mod allows the PC to agree with Zevran (twice, but I haven't tried that one out yet), and gives more conversation with Cullen (I think).

All in all, Ejoslin is shaking her little mod thing (<---- Jenovan's view on it, and I approve +100), and we all watch in awe.

Yeah! Thanks, if I get any time this week to play, I'll have to download. I know I'll at least grab the Ruck fix since my HN is getting ready to go into the deep roads (man I hate orzamar! all that running back and forth...)

But since reading on Awakenings, I'm just not as juiced to finished all the characters I had planned....*sigh*

EDIT: If I wasn't a geologist, I'd have my own bakery (I make some kick butt baklava (weird since I hate the stuff)). I really miss the good (at least for the US) Danish/German/Austrian bakeries that were all over the little towns in the midwest. Where I'm living at now, we have a bakery, but it's so horrid.....*shudders* I'll take the time to make french/italian/swiss buttercreame frostings instead of buying a cake from that place.....*nightmares of the tea cookies they sell*

Hmmmm, that makes me think of one more mod that needs doing. One that, if Zevran is in the group when rescuing Anora and she betrays you there, his dialog comes first.

Well, I haven't gotten Awakening yet, but I'm still madly in love with Zev...er, Origins. I still have so many plans, and as strange as it sounds, I still find new stuff in Origins, like the Alistair/Shale/Golem vomit conversation. Lawdy, just thinking about that makes me giggle.
