Ahh it looks like imageshack's victorian sensibilities have yet again proven to be quite a buzzkill. officially moving to flickr now. which is easier since i can post one link to a set of images.

about the female faces: each race has a different set of animations right now. so far i think you guys like the dwarf face (i removed most angryface anims from her) so i can use that for the other races. Female elf is mostly angry/surprised/determined. =p Human is mostly happy/surprised/determined.

double edit: that's a nice shot, CZ. Kinda reminds me of Oblivion, looking out from the aqueducts to the northern mountains.

Nothing goes wrong, except that he will not rewrite the file because I'm not allowed to do that.
A friend of mine said that Kaspersky can remove the file, so now I'm installing a trail version of that program.

btw still pondering that stage issue -- hoping for a forum reply today to proceed since it was giving me a hard time yesterday. haven't given up on that though!

CZ - i heard Jowan QQing and thought yeah, he's a step away from saying... "But I was going in to Toschi station to pick up some power converters!!"


edit: yes, sadly i had to make them restricted and non-searchable or flickr might delete them all like imageshack, despite them being pretty softcore imo. these image sites are very prudish.

And the thread moves on apace . . .   What is it, a couple hundred pages since I last managed to show?   Hard to keep up with the best dam' group in the internet!     (And from an extremely cursory preliminary skim of older pages, what line catches my eye?  During talk about CE origin, CZ mentions Soris 'sliding his sword between the guard's legs.'      I seem to have the mental development of a twelve year old.  And been single way too long.)

Anyway, let's see if I can offer up a little Zevran-squee:

Despite himself, Kehua is shaken by the carnage in the prison where he grew up.  Zevran is the only one who notices this, and offers silent support:

It's not anyone versus anyone. I just feel need to support Sannox in this, so she doesn't feel alone with this opinion because ... well, she isn't. I also feel better knowing that my thoughts on said matter are not completely off. That doesn't of course imply that any other viewpoint is wrong. Each of us already wrote that we see the point of the others, but we still prefer to stick with our interpretation.

At this point of dissecting the matter I think we've put more thought into interpretations than the authors when writing the dialogues. That's pretty much crazy and I love it to death <3

Oh, I don't mean that it's us versus them.   Just that it's nice not to be the only one who feels it a certain way.    I agree that those lines should be there.  Well, it feels as if they should, anyway.    I've just listened to the Rinna dialogue again on one of my characters, and I wish there was more that the warden could say at that point.  I think Zevran actually reveals a lot, and the warden reveals very little.

I think it's very deliberate that the warden doesn't reveal much -- that's why we CAN have so many different interpretations.

Edit: I think this post is worth linking.  I found it extremely interesting when he wrote it.  Not that it says ANYTHING about anything we're talking about here (it doesn't) but I liked it anyway.

True, but sometimes it does get annoying and unbelievable. Especially upon returning to the Alienage as a City Elf. Yeh, I agree that the warden never talking about the wedding to her lover is a bit out there.  She tells Wynne, though.  Which may be even MORE annoying.  I think that was mainly for dramatic effect, though, because that scene IS really upsetting to whomever the love interest is.
