You need a mod that unlocks it (dialog tweaks has an addition).  But yes, there are a lot of people who hate Wynne!  She has her own hate thread, actually, but no one has posted in it for awhile.

You need to install Dialogue Tweaks along with the optional Bloodmage file. Apparently for some reason the encounter was removed from the game- probably because they ran out of time to fix bugs with it.

Welcome, fellow traveler on this path.  :happy:  There was a whole thread called Abominable Wynne that celebrated the old bat we love to hate.  But its author bagged due to Awakening disappointment, I think, so it died.

But you do get the chance to waste Wynne in the Tower.  I take it you mean it's the only way you can waste her in self-defense?
