I ended up playing boggle. My kids beat me. Maybe I should take up TV again. It's less embarrassing. Ah well, time to get my poor city elf out of Lothering. I haven't played DAO for awhile actually, beyond testing. It's so good having Zev there though!

Sometimes I wish the devs just put in more code to make the PC's hair fall back to reveal the kiss. The closest we can get though is being a AW with FadeShroud active while you are giving your <3 a steamy smooch. *lesighs*

neck sucking hmm? well i am currently editing that kiss. i'll see if there's any way i can do it. editing is slow because for some reason unknown to me, my toolset is being extremely laggy in cutscenes today. like... taking 10 sec or more per adjustment. which should be instantaneous.



but CZ tempted me to watch 24, so i am at least entertained while it lags.

!!!!!!!! Charsen, that kiss being in there would be absolutely amazing! As would the elf variant of it! Both are much sweeter kisses. You truly are far more talented than I am; I cannot do anything with the cutscene editor.

Edit: I need to learn.  I actually have had so much fun making all the small mods and fixes I've been playing with.  But I can't think of anything else to do.

well yes I had to tempt you into watching 24 I mean you based your entire opinion on the only episode you watched and that episode just happened to be the imfamous cougar one

Just a quick post before I go to bed,



I found an interesting mod that tells you how to use Awakening skills and specilizations in Orgins, although I not had time to try it yet. Although as the new skills have req of level 20 you would need to find a way to lower that.



@Charsen - I found out earlier that Awakenings .erf files are unencrypted, and just thought I'd mention it, although chances are you already know. Also do you know if it's possible to access the awakening skill scripts in some way (are they stored in a .erf?)? I'm the sort of person that like's knowing what the skills actually do...



In other news, I've made Zombie Morphs for every race. I got the idea from a thread I read where someone said the romanced Alister camo was funny with a US Warden with a zombie head. Also zombie are cool...except when they ninja love you. If anyone wants them just let me know.

the only problem is, i don't have a way to test other versions. i know the HM one works as-is. i can preview the cutscene in the toolset and it *should* work for the other races/genders, but the toolset sometimes extrapolates too much and when it's in the game the scene doesn't work. so it's a lot of minor tweaking & exporting. hard to do when my only character at the gate scene is my HM!

& ej, i am flattered but you can do this too -- it just takes time. you only started dialogues recently! you're doing awesome. i can show you cutscene stuff later too.


MorGothic -- the erfs are unencrypted so you can export everything in them, however everything in them is compiled. so the scripts are ncs and not nss and can't be edited as far as i know. you can however get some scripts to run in awakening but it's weird. i put my awakening script on hold for a bit til i finish these kisses.

Hmmmm, would you like me to send you some saves of female characters that are at the gates? I'm sure the dwarves are the same m/f and I also have a human and elf female there.

Oh, learning the cutscene stuff would be fantastic. I'm just not a visual person at all -- even my stick people are lame! But everything about the toolset seems pretty straight forward, no reason to think the cutscene editor would be any different.

Ok.  The file is called saves.rar.  I deleted everything but the City Gates save for the sake of file size!

Charsen, I gotta tell you that I have never seen someone like you and ejoslin, pumping out mods for us others to use specifically for a character that everyone here loves.
