But still, I couldn't help but compare what Zevran says to the warden after he falls in love compared to what Alistair says. I understand the reasoning, I understand the story -- still, what Zevran says after he's in love is just incredible. It's that desperate needing to be closer despite everything he believes instead of the pulling away because of duty.
I just like the story better.

This interests me more than usual as I'm working on the first of two "Chains" entries that detail Cadryn's time before/in the Circle.... And I share your rage at the shared body models, though I understand why they are as they are.
Also, somewhat expanded version of Devin's background ^^;

@jenovan, Thank you too! Your backstory is amazing, I hope to have Tamasi fleshed out to that degree soon. And yes, those damn body models<_<.
I am gonna lol hard when Tamasi gets to Cullen.I can't help but picture the story of Ugra on youtube. But Tamasi is WAY hotter then Ugra.

Really, CZ, since I did the Zevran romance my first playthrough as well, as a dumped elf, I was completely blown away, but it also didn't work the best because it's not designed to be done that way. Without the game being modded, for instance, you're going to get that same before and after discussion, but after he's declared his feelings, which is more WTF than anything.

I didnt romance Zevran till my 3rd playthrough with my Dwarf noble and I only did that because I found the idea(and still do) of a Dwarf having gay sex with an elf of all things utterly hilarious...and Zevran ended up becoming one of my favorites lol
seriously Zevran did not give me a good opening impression AT ALL (im also biased against elves)
with morrigan theres no possiblity for rebound romance at all since you know the whole demon god baby doesnt happen until right before the seige of denerim but I liked her romance...its well acted for the most part (then again Claudia blacks voice is swoon worthy and im gay) and by most part I mean every part but that god awful "its cold all alone in my tent" line she gives when she wants nookie for the first time
also hearing her reaction to leleina staring at her brests is just funny

I hate, HATE the way she sounds when she says that. She was like, "It cold all alone in my tent." And my male's happy parts got a lot less happy. ":sick:Yeah, that's great...I'm gonna go talk to Zevran "

that was the one bad part of the morrigan romance (kick in the balls ending excluded)
hearing her reactions if you allow her to decide if she wants to nookie you after the first time is hilarious as well as if you order her to the tent (she has several different replies)

Did you do the ritual your first playthrough? I did not. I didn't trust Morrigan and had "grey warden duty," and "avatar of goodness and light," a bit mixed up. That was such a fantastic ending, though the companions ended up being jerks about his sacrifice. But the final kiss -- it's amazing.

Hah! I dearly wish a male mage could flirt with Cullen, the reaction could be the same in the end and everything...

Ejoslin is mentioned in a greywardens.com article!
YAY! I'm famous. That's actually a good article. I think it captures very much what the marriage is about in Ferelden, but still giving the nod that the marriage can also be about love.
Edit: The marriage of nobility, that is.

I can see lots of angry alistair fangirls chasing the author down though

I want to live!!!
Anyway, nowadays, I "roleplay" that my girls originally say no and Alistair defies them and do it anyway. Makes it more interesting than snapping at Alistair and him immediately jumping.

As long as they don't start stalking me, I'm happy with it! Actually, she quoted me with my permission. I'm glad she wrote the article.

It's a very good article. And she conveyed the frustration some of us felt when we found out he wouldn't marry you unless you said it specifically or that you HAD to be a human noble, to the letter.

you want to see Aeden give alistair the YOUR DOING IT WRONG! look? *ps you can do that without using a mod just by using the cheat console*
