What's the (Romantic) Appeal of Zevran?

Does 'hw' mean human woman? Does it, hmm, does it? *hope is springing eternal once again*
About Alistair, I don't know either. The only time one of my PCs romanced him, she got dumped in front of everyone.

I haven't scripted since the 90s (gogo DOS and Un*x), so it could be I'm not grasping something. But I'm going to make some changes to Alistair's script and see what happens. I think I actually have a character who should have the "still in love" flag to test it. Then I'll see if I can tackle the problems with him thinking he's king.
Edit: And YES! Is HW human woman? Am I doing a happy dance? Ohohohoh!

There, there. I definitely sensed a bit of exasperation in a certain other thread. I certainly sympathize with you, the discontinuity with the romances is most glaring, but there are others. I'm surprised that people can shrug them off like that. I did a major, major double take when I saw the "Crows" in the ambush at the Keep, plus the Zevran epilogue card made me really angry. It was so very haphazard, like a thoughtless afterthought <----weird sentence, I know.

I have my laptop with me so my dwarven female has almost finished Ostagar, so no Zevran yet.
Very boring, have been studying here for 2 hours (paleoceanography and evolution, yay) and have been shopping (bought nothing). Yes, this has been a very interesting day.
Charsen, the male elf kiss looks very nice.
Soulsweeper, your cat looks nice, a little overweight(?), but very cute.
When I'm home I will see if I have pictures from my cats (one has three paws, the other is 9 months old).

Charsen, that's what I figured at the time... I'm okay with the programming, but there are days (...weeks...) when I wish I'd followed my other major and gone into linguistics or something. ;P
Re: Jowan, *sigh* so many hard choices there, since he can't be conscripted. I *really* wish you could free him after dealing with Connor... As someone mentioned, the "I never want to see you again" option totally doesn't fit for my mage, even if meant well... And for most of my PCs, Jowan repented AND helped... For the mage PC, leaving his best friend to be made Tranquil is... ugh..

Personally, I think being made tranquil is worse than death. Gawd, I can't even imagine how someone would feel knowing she/he will be turned into a walking dead woman/man. *Shudders*
Well, you could've come over and said 'hello', Ramante *grin* Just joking, of course, Germany isn't that small, after all.

I'm less than 1 km from the Netherlands, so reaching you will probably take a while. Don't know where you are exactly but for some reason I think you are more at the east side. o.o'Sabriana wrote...

Fixing Alistair's dialog will be a bit more work than I realized seeing as no one bothered to add the condition If_Alistair_is_made_king. Grrrrrr. Not sure I'm going to bother since this has already been done. It won't be hard to add it IF there's a flag for him becoming king. I'll look.
Edit: Thanks Charsen, but THIS I can do. It's a mess, though, and since I don't like Alistair much, I'm not sure I care enough to do this. If someone loves Alistair, they're going to be using "Alistair Dialog Patch" anyway, and do Zevran fans really care if I put these changes into Zevran Gates Dialog Fix?

Hi all, I seem to be hitting some bugs with dialogue - can anyone point me to a list of Zevran's greetings please? Like, what does he greet you with when he is neutral, warm, friendly, or interested, adore, love? Thanks.
neutral: Here I am.
Warm: What say you.
Friendly: Your wish?
interested or blank: Hmmmmm?
care: What is your desire
Adore: Your call?
Love: I am yours.

hehe thanks Ramante. I'm almost done, i think. (hope) --
btw, no offense, but i hate you guys for having hundreds of candidates. don't you realize how this affects me?! my hash functions look like doodoo butter. thanks a lot holland!
hmm ej you mean that someone else's fix addresses it? grab their B2B or PM them for it, see if you can merge them. hopefully they are B2B friendly, many folks are (and should be). open source y'all.

Edit: Since these are mainly errors with the scripts, they can't be merged. However, they most likely can be copied and pasted!
Second edit: No, I would not want to incorporate ADP changes. She changed lore as well. I'll see how simple the changes I want to make to Alistair really are. If they're not difficult, I'll just do them myself.

It's not that terrible, to me the American system makes no sense at all... How can you work with only 2 sides/groups/whatever. You do mention Harry Potter in your work right? If you miss that one, you will automatically fail, and you can't miss Geert Wilders, everyone knows him. v.v' *can go on like hours*
And yes, we have a lot of candidates but the 'chairmans' are the most important and most well known, the other candidates are practically invisible. xD

Yeah, too long, unfortunately. Do you know where the Rhine and the Mosel meet? They sort of go into a V in Koblenz. I live further west, right in between the two rivers. Vinyards galore, and very hilly. I always seem to be walking/biking/driving up-hill. It takes me 8 hours to drive to Paris, 6 hours to Amsterdam, and 2 hours to Luxembourg.
That's the Rhine side. The big hill in the foreground is the Lorelei. It takes me all of 20 minutes to get there.

This is the other side, the Mosel river. Also 20 minutes away on the other side

Our prime-minister looks a lot like Harry Potter, the prime-minister of Italy also called him that once during an European Converence thing. xDCharsen wrote...

He's not a good prime-minister... he made our government fall... 4 times in a row. There are new elections in June, he has anounced that he will only continue his political carreer if he will become prime-minister again. (I hope not!)
I hate politics, but it seems like I know quite a lot about it. o.o'
@Sabriana, yes.. you're a little too far away. Too bad.
