Well, I'll have to reload an older save and see if I can finish my zev romance proper like.

If you're on a PC, I recommend highly installing "Zevran Dialog Fix."  The Denerim City Gates scene is bugged and in the vanilla game you get his "friendly" dialog instead of his "in love" dialog.  But if you just want to see how the romance ends, then it's not necessary.

Ooh.. so much good stuff today... an awesome video of Charsen's EM kiss, HF kiss is in progress (thanks for the factor on those, CZ. lol), humorous verbal assaults on trolls, a huge discussion about Zev's dialogue where he's making the Warden choose (after reading all that, I tend to agree with Elps... that he's looking for confirmation from the Warden, but also with Ejoslin, in that it's also a reflection of Zev's feelings, even if he's still confused or trying to hide them).

Ugh... gotta go back to writing papers now that I'm caught up, though.

And double ugh at people who are too stupid to understand why Zev betrays them. lol.

It's practically impossible to get Zevran to betray you from just simply disagreeing with him! Zevran's so laid back that you practically have to troll him to get him to dislike you (or go slaughter-happy on the dalish). Obviously, the guy wasn't telling the whole truth!

Mrrh, I couldn't make myself finish the video XD; The beginning cutscene however. Wow. Just...-sighs- Wow.
If people just made the slightest effort, that could be avoided....even if his voice is incredibly sexy when he betrays you -coughs- I mean...at what approval rating (or color in my PS3 case) does he need to be at, again? To at least not turn on you? 30 something? or...yellowy...orange? XD

Comments were the best, though. Varying from tactics on how to kill all of them to "wtf he betrayed you!?" ahhh, the internet -fond smile-

Still no excuse. My HN got between -1 and -10 on every conversation pre-Taliesan and turned off the romance from the start, but she still easily got his approval high enough (plus extra) for him not to turn on her. I'm not sure what people don't understand about Zevran's approval--the system is exactly the same as with the other companions...

In a way, yes, but I think it's the silliest due to the fact that you have to choose options like 'no antivan boots for you' to get real disapproval. Each character does have their own approval challenge to get over (such as Morrigan's disapproval for almost every decision that isn't plus approval for her, or Alistair and Leliana's touchiness about speaking of their backgrounds) but Zevran's is by far the easiest to figure out.
