Nonvita, heh, yeh, it's the conversation there that makes the difference. I totally understand why Zevran betrays the warden. I find his betrayal a lot more understandable than Wynne's.

edit: I think people DO have to go out of their way to get Zevran hostile.  Whenever I've tried to get anyone hostile, I do have to try to do it (Alistair hate games are kind of fun).  The thing is, if Zevran goes hostile, he asks to leave.  Twice.  Second time he leaves or dies trying. 

I put people like that in the same camp who complain about Alistair sucking as a tank!  Extremely funny in their whining over things under their control!

You forgot the rogues are underpowered group.

I also love the notion that Zevran is a humongous lecher. If you just politely decline him, he's quite respectful of the warden. And besides--how could he be completely serious about his "staring luridly" comments if he can hold normal, serious conversation?

Heh, yeh, Zevran likes to tease the warden.  He's actually quite playful.  It's one of my favorite things about him.  People just take him WAY too seriously I think.

How is a person supposed to know another's orientation without trying?  You should be more tolerant.  It's merely a complament unless you wish it to be more.

I'm always surprised that those types of people even play RPGs... they seem more like the Halo 3 types. (you know... "WTFFF GAY ELF?1! I JUST KILL HIM>>!!!" ...just screams "I prefer FPS" to me.)

But I'm always baffled by people's inability to laugh at Zev's comments. You're right, though; they probably just take everything he says too seriously. And they clearly don't appreciate dirty jokes. They probably will miss out on a lot in life....

People are so uptight it's funny.  Where on earth are these people from?  I mean, really!  Are they terribly young, or from some small religious community?  The only time I've dealt with people like that were at High School in Plainfield... which was a small verry out of place super conservative town, but I live in a real city, so yeah... Maybe they are all rural folk?
