I'm back. For a short while. It's almost midnight, sheesh. Why do I let them force me into going out on a weekday? Shame, for shame. How they forced me, you ask? Why, they insisted.

Once again I couldn't play my mage. It's a conspiracy, I just know it.

Okay, now I have to go back into that romance/no sex thread. I've posted in it very early on to tell them that Zevran's romance does not complete until after the landsmeet is called. I don't think the want to hear things like that.

Yep, those trees are getting filled as soon as possible as well. I am also sticking her with Ranger and Bard specilizations because well I have never used those before in a pc build, so its high time I tried.

Good choices. Ranger gives you an extra party member(if on Console) and Bard gives more benefits than Duelist.  Best song? Courage.

It's a testimony to the writing that the characters can provoke such strong responses.  I can't say I've had a similar experience with any of the NPCs, though.  With Zevran, I was shocked when he turned on my 1st character (who ignored him), but I'm glad I got over that.  I guess spoiler info saved the day, since I realized later what I'd done wrong. 

With Wynne and Leliana, it was more a gradual "you know, I'm really sick of your blather."

I agree with you Addai. I felt the same way about both. Although I don't mind Leliana all that much now that she's unglitched. She leaves my Wardens alone, and her conversations are more tolerable than that...., that... Wynne's.

Thank you guys for the advice and links, I came in late into all computer and video games, played sporadically over 10 years, so this is a big help.

I would be a scold and point out that it doesn't help to antagonize the few normal people who might be reading that thread, but I'm rapidly concluding that no normal people are reading that thread.

bbgirl I'm just teasing, as I've said before here My Aeducan is all about the big idiot and his lampost, it;s all good!

I love the Ali and his cheese, and his mighty bromance on my toons whose bedroll he doesn't warm. I always feel the need to take him to the pearl or something on my toons not in a romance with him though, jsut hope him and Morrigan have really angry hate sex at camp when no one is looking.

Seriously thuogh, he's an endearing character. Sometimes I just want to ruffle his hair and go "oh, you <3" when he does/says something lulzy.
