Looks like Antonia Bayle from EQ2. Queen of the hippies (good side).

Thank you Charsen. That image in the link is also in the wallpaper files. I was wondering who she was and all. :wizard:

You've done a great job while I was sleeping.. 20 pages. o.o

Yeh Ramante, we Europeans have to get together and pull an all-nighter one of these days, so we can stay with the Americans for a change and not having to read up.

I'm not sure about Australia and Asia. I'm pretty sure Australia is ahead of us though. Like our today is their today tomorrow. *has successfully confused herself*

I mean, if it's Thursday here, it's Friday in Australia. Or something. Bah! Timezones! Stupid round earth. :D

Hmmm, totally off the subject, but not really, some of the fixes I made to the scripts around Alistair's dialog have different dialogs triggering than I have ever heard. I didn't go over his landsmeet dialog too carefully, so I've been getting some surprises here.

It's actually really cool. I'm liking him more. He really isn't quite as weak when he's getting the right dialogs.

I want.  :)

It's available -- I ended up trying to clean up Alistair's dialog for ZDF (and it looks like I may have succeeded, though that part is still beta) since endgame bugs were just very annoying.  What triggered this brilliant post, aside from sleep deprivation, was making a hardened Alistair solo king and hearing him just accept it without talking about waking up from a dream.

Gah, I go to sleep and miss page 666!  I love this thread

Edit: And I missed a LOT.  Epic.

G'morning! See what happens when I attempt to sleep!?  I miss all the mathturbation! (and y'all just haven't had the right biology profs.  My classes are many things, but boring isn't among them :P)

The epic page 666 was...epic.  If I ever actually manage to sleep, I am certain that you have all provided fodder for several weeks of nightmares.  No wonder I love this thread so much. Time to go torture undergrads. :D

oh *groan* I forgot about Morrigan. She will still refer to Alistair if king if he's not. I hope there aren't many Morrigan bug fixes out there!

Edit: *grin* Maybe I'll look at cleaning up her scripts as well for the Morri fans.

Second edit: Senor, I love his voice right there.  Panty melting for sure.

Third edit: Ok, I think I'm done!  I'm not finding any more bugs!  This is a happy day for me indeed!

Now I need a new project

I told Charsen I needed a nice Zevran pic to wash away the pain for everyone, and that is what he gave me. So blame him!(Although I guess I could have just edited it into one of my other posts... hmmmm...)

Awww Sami Jo, I would willingly subject myself to biology (or anything) if it were with you! Although the talk of torturing undergrads makes me a little scared. :crying:

Sorry you missed the wild ride (I mean everyone that actually missed it). But we tried to make it as insane as possible for you all. I for one am still dizzy from that insanity festival, rofl.

The only thing that saved me was the bookmark to the HF kiss, so I thank you once again Ejoslin.

By the way, Ejoslin, why does Morrigan fall out of love at the 'gate' talk? Is that intentional? Somehow I doubt it.

It's intentional, but I don't think it happens at the gates. She gets the "still in love." flag. It's much like the Alistair breakup -- what she needs to do conflicts with the relationship.

What's going wrong with the Awakening epilogue, I THINK, is that there isn't actually a condition that grabs the flags "in love or still in love" with Morrigan. There's one condition that is "in an active relationship or still in love" but Awakening is probably just going off the "in love" flag since there is no "in love or still in love" condition, or whoever they had going over the code didn't think to use that instead.

It makes me curious, though, if I play awakening through on a Queen Cousland, which epilogue card she'll get. If it really is going by the ending flag of Origins, despite the lovey-dovey relationship, she should end up running off to Antiva instead. And that would fit in perfectly with the Origins card if you marry Ali and stay in Denerim to help rule.

It wouldn't surprise me if the human noble ending ended up cannon. Next time I play Awakening, it will be with one of my human nobles to see what ends up happening. Though, iirc, when CZ played through with Xander, he didn't get the Zevran epilogue. So I'm not sure I'll bother!

Ah, I see. So it's actually Awakening that's bugged. Yeah, shocker, I know.

The HN who didn't end up marrying Alistair (or Anora, wasn't Xander married to Anora?) should get the epilogue card though, right. Sorry if I'm annoying about this, it's just that I'm so confused by this mess.

On the other hand, come to think of it, it doesn't really matter. None of my PCs will ever be ex/imported to Awakening, perhaps save my dalish. He wouldn't really care about his LI not being there. As a matter of fact, he'd probably be utterly surprised if he did see/hear from her.

I believe firmly that Awakening was made to be a stand-alone, and that players were supposed to start with the Orlesian Warden. There are far too many clues to call it just 'coincidences'.

Sabriana, I'm not sure. I can't look at the stuff for Awakening. When I loaded up my HN who married Alistair but was in love with Zevran, the beginning definitely treated the marriage as a love match so I didn't bother. I'm not sure how they pick the ending epilogue cards in Awakening. When I think about it, though, it would be easiest just to have the marriage acknowledged first and foremost. Not that it would be difficult to have the "in love" flag acknowledged first, but it would not be quite as easy -- it would take a few more minutes perhaps, so, you know. And it's possible that it's set up differently than how I think it is.

Your human noble who was not married to Alistair should get the Zevran ending np.

Blah, why does the Alistair marriage get treated as a love match but the Anora one doesn't? Did they assume every girl who marries him is for a sparkle pricess fantasy?

Probably they didn't have the time/money, so they figured more people went that route and didn't bother with the political marriage. Still disappointing, though, given the little nuances of things you could do in Origins. :(
