When I loaded up my HN who married Alistair but was in love with Zevran, the beginning definitely treated the marriage as a love match so I didn't bother.

Blah, why does the Alistair marriage get treated as a love match but the Anora one doesn't? Did they assume every girl who marries him is for a sparkle pricess fantasy?

Probably they didn't have the time/money, so they figured more people went that route and didn't bother with the political marriage. Still disappointing, though, given the little nuances of things you could do in Origins. :(

There you go hitting nails on the head again. U iz cruel.

I guess that's why I'm enjoying playing my amazons. They can kick every guys butt to hell and back. No sparkly princesses to see there. They take their beloved and recruit/train new Wardens.

Well, one is Teyrna of Gwaren, but she doesn't sparkle. She told the nobles to bite her when they thought they could tell her who to marry. (Only in my head, of course )

Well hell. Is this a conspiracy? Why do I keep ending up on top? Of the page, I mean.  *blushes*
Oh yeah, EDITED to add picture

If I recall correctly Morri falls out of Love if you talk to her after the Gates scene, which is stupid because talking to her after the gates is the best way to get the best Morri romance slide.

As for Awakening I agree with Sab, I don't belive that you were ment to play an Origins Warden as the games in simply not balanced towards them at all. Awakenings Warden start at level 18 were as most Origins Wardens are level 20+ (minimum 27 if you include the stats bonuses from the Fade).

*edit* *Sigh* and English is ment to be my native tongue...:pinched:

Oh yeh, especially since there is that additional dialog with Zevran which firmly establishes the marriage as political.  But I believe that HNMs who were married to Anora but in love with Zevran also don't get the Zevran epilogue card.

I agree with MorGothic -- it most likely was intended to be played with an Orlesean warden.

Yeh, you best be careful. There's a grammar "Miss Manners" loose here. Gah! Why do I let myself get suckered into those threads? I should have my head examined. :pinched:

I blame page 666 :innocent:

Edited, 'coz it's the law of the west

I don't mean here in this thread, I meant here in the forum.

*wavies to people* Hallo!

Got Apollo made. He looks better than Artemis, but he's as effeminate as I could make him. I mean, you'd think Apollo would be rather tough, a "manly man", but if one recalls, he is the Patron God of Actors, Athletes, and Doctors. Not exactly a "manly man" in my mind. *whistles nonchalantly*

What I loved most about that thread is how many people decided to show off their vocabularies. I mean, the original post was either a brilliant satire or written by an idiot, but the rest of the responses have been comedy gold.

But I'm easily amused.

My elven mage is still breathing... have played my human mage for a while, and she is also starting to bug. Maybe I should reinstall the entire game. -.-'

Thank God that Zevran gives my human mage the love responses, I missed those in my elven mage playthrough.

@Sabriana, I was seriously pissed off by that language thread. That first post felt like he (it must be a guy, seriously) hit me in the face. He has no idea how I write my posts and how long it takes me to write them.. I check them like 3 times before posting and after I placed them in a thread I check them again. At the same time that I write a post I sometimes even google parts of my line to check them, I always have a translation thing open so I can translate words I don't know in English. (yes, seriously paranoid here)

LOL.

But I agree with what others have said... the import function in Awakening feels like an after-thought.

And also, the Awakening (romance related) epilogue cards for imported Wardens are strangely open and vague... and thus leave a (probably empty) hope for future expansions in Antiva or wherever, but are probably only phrased that way for us to RP more easily since they're so non-specific.

Yeah Ramante, so do many people I know. Heck, the whole sentence structures of the English language is so completely different from that of other languages. And :crying: about your other mage also starting to glitch.

The word I took the most exeption to was him saying the people who don't have perfect command of the English language can be "forgiven". Apparently were all sinners/criminals.

By the way, thanks for posting the 'let's all recover now' pictures, Fuzzy.

You really want me to respond to this? xD
I really want to say something about it, but I won't..

@Sabriana, Dutch and German make much more sense when it comes to grammar and all. And you are right about that forgiven part. I feel so relieved that from now on I can use crappy English, because you all have to forgive me since it is not my first language. <_<

Argh! Why didn't I think of that? Brilliant Ramante. I should've posted with the German sentence structure, grammar- and punctuation rules, and the put

"According to the OP you are obligated to forgive me because I'm a non-native English speaker"

Oh dammit. What a missed opportunity.

Oh, and: FACEPALM
hehehe.

Yeah, innit Surreal? I veni (came), vidi (saw) and stole it without a second thought

Lol, Sabriana.

And I love the massive quantities of typos and grammatical errors in that guy's posts.

LOL  @ his last post, too. They AREN'T errors, you and he just don't speak the same English. Lesson learned!
