My opinion is he would be a wonderful father. He'd want to give any child he fathered the kind of life he didn't have, the love and home he was denied.

Oh dear, now you have me squeeing over those pics. There is nothing hotter then a guy lovingly playing with his children. Great, now I am getting all maternal, but it's good, my 1 1/2 year old nephew is over^_^.

I think he would be a bit hesitant at first, because he probably has close to no experience with children. It would be awkward for him, but as he gets used to it, I could see him loving and caring for them in complete and absolute unconditional love. A reassuring touch on the head, a thumb brush against a cheek to wipe away tears, and a kiss on the temple.

I have absolutely no maternal-whatever and am at a complete loss around kids, so I'd probably never write it, but even I thought those pictures were cute. Mostly because... Zev. Doing things.

But I agree he'd probably be a pretty good dad, considering what a loyal and subtle guy he is to the Warden, and since he doesn't show any sign of thinking the idea's a bad one (convos with Shale, etc). Probably not something he's given that much thought to, but wouldn't mind much.

Tahara has a fanfic series involving all that family stuff (the twins' mother is a Dalish elf); I actually just finished a paternal!Zev fic for her in exchange for that ridiculously hot pic she did of Zevran and Alessar.

Eugh, I hate this chapter. Hate, hate, hate. I think I'm scrapping a bit over half of it and maybe putting the remainder aside for now. Haaaaet.

Guys, if an injury kit can heal a torn jugular in .01 seconds, would it be totally retarded of me to have a massive injury take, you know, more than a single day to heal up? :/ Maybe like a week? I'm talking a crushed ribcage, although with two healers on hand.

The healing system on this game is awesome in-game, but it's giving me fits for writing it.

Though I'm sure no one cares about my writing woes. XDD Just, fsadasdk.

Well, I can fill people in on the exciting error finding I'm doing to Alistair's post-landsmeet dialog. But somehow I don't think anyone is too interested in that! I cannot wait for my kids to go to bed so I can strip him naked, drop his approval down to -100, and get his hate speech in the nude after he is made king.

But there's only so many times I can hear his breakup, his being a jerk about the type of queen he thinks she'd be, etc etc etc before I just want to hear him be nasty all the way! But at least I now have him saying what a good queen he thinks she'd be if he likes her. Before, you only got his snide remark.

Wait, you were getting snide remarks when you should have been getting nice ones? LOL, and I thought they were a bit more careful than that with Alistair, at least. Guess not.

Oh no.  I've been cleaning up Alistair as part of my project and he has all sorts of issues with giving nasty remarks when he's supposed to give nice ones when getting married to his friend for political reasons.  The one I just fixed in fact also affected the love match, but my guess is most Ali fangirls wouldn't see it because it's not the mushiest choice that leads you to it.

Alistair actually is as much of a mess as Zevran.  In some ways, he's much worse.  I've had to do a few kludgy fixes to stop him from calling himself king when he's not in a few places, skipping entire trees of dialog while fighting to keep all his approval in place in that conversation.  His scripts were also really messed up, which was causing all sorts of problems in his post-landsmeet talk and his talk at the gates.

What makes Alistair harder to fix, though, is there is SO much Alistair, everywhere.  I think I may have him though, the SOB!

She was wonderful to my mage.  Very sincere as a friend.  I actually got the impression she thought they were equals after a certain point, which was more than a little surprising.
