I hate the forced PvP.  I'm a PvE player, and I can do PvP pretty well, but I hate being forced to do it on almost every freaking mission.  I just don't care about the plot, and I've never had a PUG in Factions work out: I always get douchebags.  Prophecies and Nightfall PUGs are almost always phenomenal, however.  This has been my experience with the campaigns, at least.  They seem to attract different play styles.

No offense.  You're probably one of the few Factions players who doesn't yell, "OFMG N00BLET!" when I come in with a build that's not off PvPwiki.

Haha, I'll always have a soft spot for Factions, being one of the first wave of folks to beat the damn thing. In all its buggy, buggy glory.

Ahh... I'm a super casual player, and generally play alone (H/H), so I couldn't say much about PUGs (as far as I've seen, they're mostly d-bags everywhere), but I suppose the PVPness didn't bother me toooo much.  The things I didn't like were, like, effing Naphui Quarter (I think that's the one..) where you have another player coming in from the other side.  I'd rather just play with all AI players 90% of the time. ~_~

('sides, Factions was the quick and easy campaign! XD  Five lvl 20 characters, and I haven't once finished Prophecies. Yawn.)

It used to be way worse, now-a-days you can get all of your faction in PVE if you grind with shrine buffs on.

I hate all the city missions, because I've done them thirty billion times, but yeah. XD

See, I've finished Prophecies twice.  And I like PUGs in Prophecies and Nightfall.  I find they give you a chance instead of booting you when you don't show up with a known build.  Being forced into groups annoys me immensely.  So, Nightfall's heroes?  Love them to bits.  That means when I've got morons, I can skip out and go it alone with no worries.

Also, no one is missing anything by not PVPing in Guild Wars, trust me.



Akara = my necro. Last frame is after we all finally lost, because all the people with enchant removal ignored the guy stalling both of the siege turtles, even with me pointing him out. How was he stalling them? Lots and lots of enchantments keeping him alive while both turtles shot at him.

Hmm, best bet for that is probably the Paragons..  But their armor is still pretty fancy.  Just less of it. XD

It's a Paragon.  Dude with a spear, a shield, and a bunch of buffs for the party, kinda like the Champion and Bard specs.

nah it's not part of a mod. i just whipped it up cuz Nonvita topped the page. took only a few min. when i do a sex mod it will have something similar though.
