Also, totally randomly, I just remembered that if you go to the old stats page on ffnet and click on the hit count, you can see wordcount for individual chapters, though that includes any Author's Notes and such.

TAF 04 chapter 20 was 4000 (I'm rounding down), 21 was 4100, 22 was only 3600, 23 was 5000, 24 was another 3600, 25 was 4200, 26 is the cencored version of the smut and is still 4200, 27 was a cliffhanger at 2700, 28 was 4000, and 29 was 5600.

So I guess I was slowly going up, mostly. Neat! I'm still no 8k god though, although I do ruthlessly cut out whole pages at a time, haha.

ALSO, I VOTE YES ON MANCANDY. Except it'll get the thread closed down earlier due to database size, so I dunno. Maybe we should make a thread on the group forum just for the friday hot spam?

Yup, it is probably a mediterranean climate (European part of it).

Possible. I still like the idea of some place like Rio de Janerio...Which is like all beach-front property, with plenty of rain and always warm...

I was thinking Hawaii, oddly. It always rains there and the flowers are indeed always in bloom. But a South Americanish place makes more sense, and will fuel my Desperado-esque plot daydreams like woah.

I doubt it rains as much in Antiva as it does in Ferelden, since Ferelden's rain and mud (and dogs) is how it gets described. He mentions "In Antiva it rains often, but the flowers are always in bloom... or so the saying goes." as a saying, but also says "It is a glittering gem amidst the sand, my Antiva City." which is what made me think of a desert.

That and the idea that the leather-making part of the city is supposed reek so bad, all the damn time. Lots of rain would make that part of town stink less, I'd think?

But I dunno. My impressions are not in the least bit set in stone!

me too actually, slums and all.

Oh and by the way? Scratch the surface of Hawaii and it's not perfect. Not perfect at alllll. Away from the condos. hotels and white beaches (imported sand btw, as most Hawaiian beaches are jaggered black rock) and if you see where locals live on the lesser islands... Yeah.

Baren 2.0 is far away from the gates at the moment I STILL havnt completed the damn elf forest yet lol (though I did spend a ****ton of cash crafting paragon paralyze runes for zev)
