Just poking my head in real quick and saw the exchange about the Stolen Throne. I just read that and The Calling a few weeks ago and it completely changed my perspective on playing DAO.

By the end of the book, he'd won me over completely. IMHO Loghain is the tragic hero through all this. Interestingly, my opinion of Maric changed considerably as well. I really can't stand him now and it gives me a whole new perspective on Alistair and Cailan.

I also adore Duncan now more than ever

Speaking of tattoos, does anyone know if it's possible to have a tattoo appear on the back of the PC when they're in the buff? I would love to put my own tattoo on some of my characters... and it would definately look bizarre on the face.

sadly the man in the tattoo pic is not real. well the man is real, but the tattoos are photoshopped! The artist doesn't normally do tattoo shops, though she should

...and it's all too funny, since that tattoo pic is one of the most popular stock art images used on tattoo design webpages. Lol. Too bad about the guy though. at least his muscles are real.

yeah I'll admit I got one of these images saved too when I was researching missa's tatts. I think it came up on the first hit for google for "tribal sleeve" or something.

...What can I say, I like pretty, and thought it was Zevranish. >.>

Actually irony of all mofo'ing ironies, I ended up using Rodarte s/s 2010 catwalk shots for Missa's arm sleeve... Almost got a job there ><;

this is what Custom Bodies was going to do. Right now if you apply a tattoo to the body of your character, it will show up for all characters of the same gender/race. Custom bodies was *supposed* to add individual models. I know how they were planning to do it and could do it, but i'd need more time or help considering my plate is full, but i was hoping JackFuzz would just freaking release his work since it's done. He's sitting on it though, and no one knows why.

I actually figured they were either photoshopped or drawn on physically if it was an actual photoshoot. Still pretty to look at, though.

Edit: And I was of course hoping for the latter, stenciled on and then photographed all to hell. Ah well. XD I used to do "temporary" tattoos with a variety of pens that looked just as sharp and smooth as the small version of the picture. The larger one's more obviously a shop, if you look at the bicep.

Still really nicely done though.

I like "hardened" Maric in The Stolen Throne, not so much in The Calling (but that more to do with the whole Fiona thing). I despise Cailan beyond words...

Ignore all the stuff I said about Chargenmorphcfg.xml it doesn't work.
It seems the only way to add custom tattoo's is to overwrite an existing
one...*sigh*



Then rename the file to one of the following, depending on which
race/background you want it for:

uh_pmt_001_0t.dds (Dwarf Commoner)

uh_pct_dn1_0t.dds (Dwarf Noble)

uh_pct_h01_0t.dds (Human, Elf City/Mage)

Oh god, does anyone have a link the dialogue tree about convincing Loghain to shack up with Morrigan. My Coercion is maxed out but seeing as this is the first time I spared Loghain (who is utterly badass btw), I don't want to screw my chances.

The trend has been around a while, TBH I'm suprised it took so long for pret a porter and couture to pick up on it. The above shows were from S/S 10, so that woulda been... Novemberish? It's slowly trickling through to the high street and more commercial places like Gap etc, so they have their own watered down versions of it.

I draw skinny beetches all day for work. It's so nice that my fandom HAS SEXY LADY DWARVES IN IT. Seriously, drawing curves? So much fun, but at the same time frustrating as I am too used to cheating with mannequins.

*eta* and I always thought that Zevran had a typical catwalk male model body, despite choice in career. (There' s usually two kind of models- walkers which do runway, and print models. Of course there is over lap, but...)

Elves in this game are like little short runway models to me, same built and everything.
