Well, Loghain/Zev porn is probably rather easy. Just focus the cam on Zev and let him do it rogue-style.
Make 2 versions: The normal were they do it all night and have breakfast afterwards and the Loghain-hater version in which Zev uses the sex as a distraction to kill Loghain when he´s finished.

I would probably even watch the 2nd, though I´m totally not into gay porn.
