Some of his responses take a bit of getting used to. They're really corny, I suppose. Did he really just call me a 'saucy little minx'? Is it the '70s in Antiva, or what? I think that seduction line is one of those. I agree that it sounds odd, but it is the kind of thing he says.

I agree that he doesn't sound happy if you question his motives either. I suppose that's fair enough that he would be annoyed at that, straight after sex. But there isn't much other opportunity to question him about his motives (apart from the questions about the Crows, I suppose, and he is evasive about why he left). First time round for me, at that point, he hadn't come out with the Rinna story, and so the main speech you've heard about his motives is the one he gave when you were standing over him with your companions when his only chance of survival was to talk you round. I think it would be fair to talk to him some more about it - just not straight after sex, but it's the only opportunity you get.

Probably the Eyjafjallajökull volcano in Iceland, airspaces closed again, people stuck around Europe. A friend of mine is (was) stuck in Azores, for instance.

Edit: Oh well, the impenitent convo killer's sneak attack did the trick again *sigh*. Maybe I should wake up, too.

Oh good, because I love reading your TMI posts!  I love that even though you have been through so much crap, you still have such a sense of fun.  That's something I really admire.

I would pin you around 40-ish (I suck at seeing how old people are, but I gather that from *looking older than most of our mothers* which would require teen pregnancy otherwise). Which would be ten years younger than mine mother but about the age of my brothers mother.

So kind of mother age.

@Soignee His lines make me laugh, which is a good thing. And they've grown on me. But I still think they're corny - like Morrigan's.

@Herr Uhl I'm probably closer in age to your mother than your brother's mother!

@Undutchable That's a great picture! I love his lines if you threaten to punch him (I was trying to lower his approval to get the night in Antiva story). He tells you it would be 'hot'. Then if you call him a cad, he says something like 'Is that Ferelden for handsome and virile? Because if so, I like it'. Or if you say 'I'm serious', he says 'Indeed. That's what made it hot'. (I think he has great comebacks if you do try to treat him badly - if the warden is serious there, he looks like an idiot. If he's not, it's kind of sexy).

@Barking Yes, I love his expression in that picture!  And he's naked of course.   That goes without saying.  Although I have heard that there are people whose characters wear armour at the Landsmeet!

Soignee, Ej -- sometimes people write or draw or mod awful crap. not everything made will be great, it's just a fact. reviews and critiques are what we do here on the internet, and folks with thin skin sadly don't do well. i've had about 2:3 kudo:critique comments on the gatekisses. *shrug* but i'm not making them for kudos anyway -- if i just wanted kudos, i'd make a mod that lets you comb alistair's hair.

@Sannox: Haha yes, I remember those conversations! I first got them on my lady Aeducan, who I imagined would be insulted that a lowly elven assassin would dare to flirt with her. She wanted to push him away, but nope, Zevran just took it all in stride and kept up the innuendos. Lady Aeducan caved in eventually.

Gah, I hate you guys, well everyone who made me feel bad abut criticizing that fan fic.

Don't get me wrong the fic itself wasn't awful or I wouldn't have got to chapter 56 in the first place, it was just that chapter, Zev was completely OOC as I said before, also are you really telling me that Ser Whats-her-name, would go and arrest the Warden with anythng less then the best soldiers she could bring, apparently the soldiers in the chapter had no idea what was going on "ZOMG TEH WARDEN IS ATTACKING" *everyone fires despite the warden just have agreed to surrender*.

Really?
