IMO, it does mean he can kill someone via sex. Poisons which he has built up an immunity to.

Sure he could have.  For some reason that's more disturbing than poisoning their drink, too.  These kinds of irrationalities are quite interesting. 

For what it's worth, I don't think such a thing is possible.

I'm not sure I understand your question.  I always took that to mean that if he was really wanting to kill the warden, he could have already done so.

Yeah, soignee's idea of contact poison seems likeliest, if it's during that. It's not like he hasn't had sex with a target before killing them before. Slow-acting poison's a possibility.
