If a person can sleep with dozens of men and women in THIS day in age and not get a damn thing, why is Zevran expected to be so ... un-cautious. If someone had something blatant, I think he'd just stab them sans the seduction. :/ Maybe that's wishful thinking, I guess. I think it's just something that can't really be called unless Gaider says.

Not that diseases would even negate the possibility or importance of a relationship with Zevran (it would make it mean quite a bit more, IMO, having to overcome that). It just,... I dunno.

See why I was all IGNORE HOW FLAT THE FACE IS GUYS, GUYS, OH GOD GUYS THE SHADING WILL SAAAVE IIIIIT. Not that I'm done with that at all, this is just middle shades and I can't darken the background until all the rest of the lines are in on his torso an other arm/hand/knife. The color it'll be is what's between his forward arm and his torso. It's going to make the blood look *Jon Stewart voice* biiiitchiiiin.

And I'm not even done with said middle shades yet. Haven't even gone above the cheekbones worth sh*t...

Besides, if the Crow had many assassins who specialized in seducing their targets, they'd probably figured out some cures or preventions to protect them from disease. It would be a waste to lose someone you've trained from a young age to the Thedas-equivalent of syphilis.

And then of course there's the fact that healing magic seems to cure everything. So yeah, Oghren is probably the only companion who has any STDs. One of which he apparently got from Branka.

Well, if they're going to have the gall to call Zevran that (and by association, stupid,) they should tack Leliana and Morrigan on there, too. If it's THAT easy to get.



Isn't there a party banter between Alistair and Zevran that mentions he's as devout an Andrastian as any Antivan, too? Distill out the sarcasm and there's probably some truth in that, since he's clearly educated. If Antiva's all that devout, the religion is bound to be in the education. Having gone to a Catholic school and all, I can guarantee they LOVE to threaten you with the pox.



Long and short of it is, Zevran would know the risks, and he's smarter than that.

(And also, I think people forget that condoms existed long, long before the invention of latex. We found plenty of dead cows on the road. If Warden is really set in his/her hygienic ways, he/she could probably figure it out.)
