I know most people nowadays dont like superman/aquaman (though Aquaman was badass...and quite hot in justice league/Justice league unlimited oddly enough) but I absolutely adore this picture

@ webbed -- the ones on that list that keep me housebound are the completely untreatable ones, and there's no real cure for any of them (off the top of my head). Most doctors don't know how to treat ezcema and asthma let alone lupus...in the UK anyway.

Considering I found out I the other day the reason for the sudden, paniced, "stop taking those tables!!!" I got from my doctor on the answering machine a month or so ago, was due to the fact he had increased the dosage far to high for my height/weight, and the drug had reached toxic levels in my body...yeah good one...their my goddamn kidneys and I like them as they are. <_<

I have enough wrong with me already between the ezcema, asthma and food allergies without bad kidneys to add to the fun.

Still Lupus sucks big time, I studied it very briefly in Biology.  /hugs Aro

Even Endocrinologists don't really know endocrinology half the time, and the few who bothered at one point are rarely current on anything now.

And ew at your doctor. >< I had a hospital try to convince my mother to let them do exploratory surgery on me against my will when I was ten... I'm really not a fan. Thankfully my mother was "almost sane" mother that day, and didn't let them. (She did tell me she'd let them next time, however, so when that one thing came up over and over during the years I just chewed on my hands on the floor and wished with absolute conviction for a gun. Or an ice pick. I know what it was now, and discovered on my own how to counter it, but what a lovely thing to do to a ten year old, eh?)

Er, point of the story, other than my mother is batsh*t, is that doctors are all too often @#$%sticks. I have a really hard time trusting them, and I'm not at all surprised one nearly killed you.

Oh Dear god I know! I can't even stand her actress. If I end up seeing her in anything the tv goes off and I am out. Gabriel...I had dreams about maiming her.
