Wasn't it because the OP chose eating an animal over a human?  Which seems arbitrary since it's supposed to be a popularity contest, not an ethics debate, so it should have been both or neither.

Not really. I seem to recall the OP saying something about getting back at the Loghain haters by making all deaths brutal except Loghain's, which is......politically incorrect in terms of his poll of choice, shall we say.

I like the man, but my Warden would rather cut off his own arm and leg to feed the dog than to kill him first. Hmph. Bias.

The thing that angered me is the fact the creator strangled the dog, when you can't breathe IT IS NOT LIKE GOING TO SLEEP FFS!!!

I'm an asthmatic (as I am sure you all know by now), and let me tell you there is nothing worse then not being able to breathe.

I simply cannot describe in words the sheer horror and desperation you feel as your lungs desperately try to draw in whatever air they can, the human body does not die easily, and will fight until it can't fight anymore and only then do you die (at which point you would be unconscious anyway...lucky you.). *shudders*

I nearly died that way and it was extremely uncomfortable but not scary because I was too oxygen starved to freak out.  It was more aggravating when I was in the ER being given oxygen but they didn't give me albuterol or epinephrine immediately, for some reason.  All of the discomfort and none of the oxygen deprivation induced semi-consciousness. 

My family took it worse that I did.  My older sister still sometimes has this feeling something bad is happening to me and calls to check on me (I got a voicemail the other day saying "I don't care what time you get this, call me back!"), and she used to come into my room when I was asleep to make sure I was still breathing when we were kids.  

Yeah, suffocation, not a pleasant way to go.  Better whacked on the head really hard with a large rock.

Bioware kindly enough made the .mrh file (tool set editable morph file) available for all the characters, a few months back. What was it that you wanted doing with the Couslands? As I'm to lazy to go back and look.

Also, drive-by update! 15 hours, 45 minutes! EYEBALLS! All those eye shots are there because I was looking at all the ways I've done eyes (other than Megan Jones' which were cool but.. not meant to be "3d"ish) and I think I came up with a good compromise for such small eyes to be all round and shiny. And all the blue-eyed blonds in those snippets are the same damn character. (S)aint Tannusen is waaatching yooou.

I'm also sort of impressed at my first real attempt at teeth, so far.



Reduces like craaaaap.

(Most of the filesize is due to the sh*t plastered around him in the pic, by itself it makes for a very small file. Go fig.)

True.  Very true.  But the other wardens, at least.  That's a lot of extremely hungry people, after all.

Garrus is totally awesome. I was so glad for not romancing Kaiden in ME1 when ME2 rolled around, because it was a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e.

Also, I find it amusing that if I play ME1/2 according to what a 'moderately good' DA character would say, you rack up a ton of renegede points. Polarity much, Mass Effect team? XD (I guess that means I'm spoiled by the lack of a judgemental slider bar now, ha.)

My mother nearly died that way when her heart acted up and she couldn't control her breathing (she has one of the less-studied heart problems). Trust me when I say I was also less than amused.

Black/Asian/Hispanic/whatever Bryce/Elenor/Fergus Cousland.  I was just thinking that would make a good mod, though, seeing as a lot of people like playing their human noble as something other than white.    I'm not really sure there would be a huge demand for it, actually.  It was just an idea!

  You have one scene and one email with your ME LI in ME2 (but you get a picture in your room). You are free to cheat - and the picture is turned upside down then - but the devs said there will be consequences in ME3.

hey, if there was a dark-skinned Cousland family then i might finally play that HFN warrior that looks just like my mage but female-ized.... lol. i logged on her and thought, wow....awkward... never went back to play her.

since i needed a HF to test stuff i made her, but now that i have borrowed other HF saves i don't really need to i guess


oh yeah and Tellervo... i do hope to get less sad kisses in there. Just after i redo the regular default ones. i just try to nudge them into whatever positions look natural and hope it works for now. =P

Oh, you're free to cheat on Kaiden anyway if you romanced him in ME1. He just pops up and yells at you for switching sides (sort of), and you have the option of....IIRC, saying your feelings haven't changed or that you're sorry it ended up this way. Or perhaps both. I didn't play the Kaiden run myself, but watched somebody else's game. Regardless of your choice, though, you can romance whoever. You just won't be looking at his photo on your table at a pivotal moment.

I just prefer not romancing Kaiden because....I like Garrus too much for him to be Rebound Boy. >_>
