Garrus and Wrex are rocking my socks off .

Garrus is totally awesome. I was so glad for not romancing Kaiden in ME1 when ME2 rolled around, because it was a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e.

Also, I find it amusing that if I play ME1/2 according to what a 'moderately good' DA character would say, you rack up a ton of renegede points. Polarity much, Mass Effect team? XD (I guess that means I'm spoiled by the lack of a judgemental slider bar now, ha.)

How do the romances transfer over btw? Just don't do a romance in ME and you are free to do so in ME2? Because now I want to romance Garrus.

  You have one scene and one email with your ME LI in ME2 (but you get a picture in your room). You are free to cheat - and the picture is turned upside down then - but the devs said there will be consequences in ME3.

I still want to know why the Warden STRANGLES THE DOG. Did they get abandoned on this island without a single nyerking knife?

Killing the dog is bad enough, but strangling him? ;_; Needless eww is needless, if you must do something that nasty to your loyal buddy, have Sten snap his neck ffs. It would be a hell of a lot more humane.

I have no great love for babies. Contrary to the rest of my sex, or so I'm told. My baby might be different if I ever get around to making one, but that would be because it's mine, not because it's a baby. I am politically incorrect in this, I realize.

Well, the thing about dogs and old people dying and babies living is all movies and books and such. I guess it's okay to kill grandma and fluffy in gruesome and creative ways, but no one wants to risk really horrifying/offending the audience, so they make the baby miraculously get rescued just in time. Whenever my roommates or I spot a cute animal or an elderly person in something involving natural disasters or the like (which I won't usually watch anyway, for various reasons) we know they're dead.

Part of why Scott Sigler is a favorite of mine is the dog was one of the few survivors of his trapped-on-an-island-with-a-bunch-of-monsters book.

I'm with you on being an exception, except I've always said I'm not having kids. XD I don't wish harm on kids, but I don't particularly like being around 'em and I've yet to find anyone's random baby pictures cute. This puzzles and offends people a lot. And now it really wouldn't happen, of course. XD

I think it's more that babies are a symbol of hope, of life continuing, etc. As soon as we're slaughtering babies, we're slaughtering our future yadada.

I'm a weird parent as in I never show pictures of my kids unless asked!  Or unless someone pulls out picture's of theirs first.  I remember before having kids finding it difficult at times to come up with enough adjectives to keep from offending someone and I don't like putting other people through that same thing!

Besides, reproduction is not THAT great an accomplishment!  Though I love my kids muchly (they're my most favorite people on earth).

Edit: wow, adding extra "y"s accidentally does not help my writing seem less, ummm, awful I suppose!

I have absolutely no desire to have kids, raise kids, or actually go out and actively find a partner. This makes me strange and even offensive to some people. XD If it happens, it happens. If said possible-but-unlikely partner wants kids, I'll listen to his negotiations. It just won't be from my end, and it won't be an easy persuade check (hah! Geek joke!).  I'm very good at sitting/playing/teaching kids, however. They love me. This does give people the wrong ideas.

Re movies : Which is why I prefer cheap horror movies to cheap disaster movies. If a stupid college kid appears with a dog, we can be sure it's the dog who lives and the kid who dies! <---er, misanthrope, yes.

Bioware kindly enough made the .mrh file (tool set editable morph file) available for all the characters, a few months back. What was it that you wanted doing with the Couslands? As I'm to lazy to go back and look.

since i needed a HF to test stuff i made her, but now that i have borrowed other HF saves i don't really need to i guess


oh yeah and Tellervo... i do hope to get less sad kisses in there. Just after i redo the regular default ones. i just try to nudge them into whatever positions look natural and hope it works for now. =P

Kids? Eh, I dunno. The cute ones who you can tell were raised right, sure I like them. They can be cute. The increasingly common ones who are obviously spoiled and never understand that the world is not all about them, those I really cannot stand. People who will never really appreciate anything in life upset me, child or no.
