Is Liara bi? I thought Asari didn't have gender... No, wait, liking both genders would still be bi, right? She just can't be involved in a homosexual relationship due to lack of gender.

Asari don't have sexual dimorphism. Their social roles are so blatantly 'female' though, so while THEY won't see it that way, I'm sure they know the obvious effect. Ah, culture clash. I can see what you're doing there, Team Mass Effect!

I've been playing a (old WoD) Vampire chronicle (well, technically 2, there is a year break in between them) with a group of friends via AIM for.. dear lord, 5 years now. I don't know how to describe it so that it sounds awesome, but it is awesome.  We've had the Camarilla of Boston decimated twice now. XD  (Extra bonus: visiting Boston, where the GM and his wifey used to live, and visiting the in-game locations of note. XD)

I play a decidedly un-badass Toreador.  But he's very, very pretty.  And psychic.  And everyone likes him, because they often don't have a choice! :?

*is jealous*

:o  Of what?  Had a strong desire to destroy Boston a few times? XD

Charsen wrote...

ah...Toreabores.. XD i kid, i kid!

Bah!
(Auspex is an excellent plot device for the GM, though. :wizard: )

Glad to hear that the database isn't a total loss, yikes! :(

yeah i know asari have no gender but...
seriously, she's a woman. the model isn't even slightly androgynous, it's full female like Webbed said XD

edit:
oh and yeah... the database is blah but fixable. and i have tomorrow off so weee!
CZ helped me de-stress by zombie-killing though, my hero <3 so i'm good to play with the cruelset again

double edit:

oh yeah Jenovan -- like Malkavians. my brother in law ruled that all Malkavians were NPC tools only... some things are just food for evil DMs

Awww well I'm glad not too much was ruined, Charsen. That's still a major pain though. It's what, your third time reinstalling in a month? :pinched:

Man, totally jealous of all you people who tabletop and stuff. None of my friends have ever been into RP or anything, and while they're all really cool, sometimes I just feel way too geeky for them. :P

Darnit, ok seriously I swear I'd be doing something Zevran related right now if not for all this crap to do for school. *needs cheering up* Where are all the boys when you need them, huh? (Charsen, you don't count... or you, CZ...) :(

Boys will be boys; you didn't ask for men >:-|

8:40 AM in Finland, so it's 7:40 in Sweden, 6:40 in Britain. Patience, your prey will be here soon enough.

Wow, sudden explosive sneeze while shading = hilarity. I didn't save the results though. XD

Nonvita -- I don't know, did you check my car trunk? Sometimes they slip and fall in there and get locked in.

UpiH -- 10:40 PM here, lulz. Which is like late-morning for me, with my schedule as it's been lately.

Edit: 21 hrs, 30mins and he now has a skull. I can't tell if his armor on his torso looks vaguely right or not, other than the shoulder pauldron. I'm not fond of this set. =_= Probably because my graphics in DA bite.

My day/night rhythm is all borked up, too - maybe we originally come from a planet where the day and night length is something else than 24h. Or random.

Ne sutor supra crepidam, cobbler, no further than/above the sandal (the cobbler being me), but what about the hairline? Zev looks fierce, tho, that's what counts.

Ah darn it, UpiH. If I ever accidentally mix you up with Sami Jo, please don't get mad at me! XD

Aro, it looks great, no matter what silly things you say. You're actually making the armor look really nice!

No worries, Sami must be my long lost lill' bro gone native. Sami is a popular boy's name hereabouts.

Sarah -- The wonders of the internet, surely. ;)

UpiH -- I understood about 1/3 of that, hahaha. But his hair's not done, I just decided to give his skull some shape so it would stop haaaauuunting meeee with its flatness.

Nonvita -- But I hate that armor! lol Hate's probably a strong word, but I'm not fond of trying to draw it. Other than the pauldron, that part was fun.

 I'm sure I have no idea what you mean. And why is my car screaming frantically? "Let me out?" What do you mean, Jack? You're already out in the driveway. Poor thing, all the sun is going right to its (cylinder) head.

Try to kick the seat out, most cars have that nowadays.

I meant, I should refrain from commenting things I know a little of.

"Thus, don't offer your opinion on things that are outside your competence. It is said that the Greek painter Apelles once asked the advice of a cobbler on how to render the sandals of a soldier he was painting. When the cobbler started offering advice on other parts of the painting, Apelles rebuked him with this phrase in Greek, and it subsequently became a popular Latin expression."

The great thing is, you'd expect me to have a car perfectly suited to kidnapping people, but the Little Jack is an open-trunk hatchback. Unless I modified it, all one would have to do is climb over the back seat. XD

Of course, I can also flip the back seat all the way up against the roof of the car to lock into a padded wall behind the two doors, IIRC. Ford Festivas are interesting little things.

I kind of miss driving that little beast. Never lost a single impromptu race, either, that thing has a tough little engine and it weighs nothing. That it spent a lot of time on two wheels, I blame on learning via motorcycle.

Vroom vroom. Lack of chemicals or light means I can never do all the mods I wanted to on it myself, though. Makes me sad, because surely all I needed was even more ways to turn a passenger's hair white. (My photographer friend had me drive a friend of hers once, she was in the front seat and he was in the back. He shrieked like a baby the whole time. J just casually leaned as needed and made conversation. Although it's possible this was on purpose since I didn't like the guy.)

Edit: The hatchback is a deathtrap, however. It's propped up by a broomstick when it's open, and it weighs a ton. I've always joked that someone trying to break into my car through the hatch to steal sh*t would bump the stick wrong, the hatch would come down on their head, and I'd come out of wherever to find a bloody smear and a pair of shoes on the asphault, my car having consumed its prey.

Ah. <3 It's okay, I still have to figure out what I'll do about his hairline. Might darken just a little bit in a wide-ish strip, but I can't precisely blend skin into hair, and I've always avoided dealing with it through clever use of bangs before. His hairline is pretty crisp in the game anyhow.

Now you see my clever plan! :wizard: Just don't forget the stripping part.

And be nice to Jack, he's had a hard two years of sitting around in the socal sun getting covered in dirt. :(
