With you on the accidental porn thing, too, Herr. Although it was just soft-core. But we did actually rent it from a video store without realizing a thing before putting it in. Ahh to be a young teenager again and not understand obvious clues on the back of the box. >.>

Aro, it looks fantastic! I actually really love how his armor's coming out--much sexier than the in-game version.

Current list of firsts for this one picture:

First attempt at detailed teeth.
First angry face.
First time with forehead wrinkles.
First time trying to make eyes this small look round and shiny.
First true action pose ever.
First time doing a portrait shot at medium-range instead of close-range (and thus a pose with both shoulders, and arms; clothing, weapons).
First airborne blood.
First time (that I remember) experimenting with losing the linework in color in spots, and letting part of the external outline *not* be in black. (Edit: I don't count the bottom of White Rose as quite the same thing.)
First exposed hairline in a portrait.

I'm probably missing a few. Oh, and trying out yet another shading style for pulled-back hair. I've never been very satisfied with other attempts at it, and they weren't even detail-heavy "portrait" shots.

I guess I have to make sure it burns me out on art for another year or three.

Use the line tool, not the pencil. I'm glad it's impressive though, lol, it's certainly taking me a while. This is looking like it'll be my second longest picture by a good margin.

Nah, it's cool by me. I was given the prompt to write or draw; I chose draw specifically so everyone can come up with their own reasons why he's so infurated.

(And I maaaaay be imagining my fanfic-PC bleeding profusely off-camera. Y'know, again.  But I'm very much wanting it left open for individual interpretation!)

But, I burn out badly. I think folks can see why. Glad you like it though, it's not done yet. XD

I'm just amused that even my stick figures look sassy.

The first time I told my roommate to open Paint on her laptop and she hunted around through all the extra menus and opened a completely virgin Paint screen that I only see on new machines, I boggled so hard. XD

I always seem to have Open Office, Notepad, and MS Paint open. Often multiples of all three. I accept that I'm a quirky one, though. XD
