i fixed it!!
it may be temporary, but try this
clear your system cache (settings - storage - Y button - clear system cache)
second:
sign out of your profile - go to system settings - clock - date and time - and set it to 15/11/2005 (don't ask)

Did not fix it for me, still having this problem
