Its seems fast pace playing will cause your characters to freeze up and unable to shoot or use their powers properly and in the time you need all the stuff you will be left with just your melee attack to fend your enemies off. It only last for a bit but long enough to find yourself dead before it unfreezes allowing you to shoot and use your powers once again.
I feel this issue needs to be dealt with before enemy fractions get buff or nerfed. This issue is hard to explain when playing with people because its like "sorry friend this game decided I can only melee" because thats what this glitch does, it makes you completely useless for a few seconds and its within those few seconds you can be needed or you couldve used your gun to shoot enemies or used your powers to better help the team.

I got that last night. Could not revive,shoot or use my powers. Never tried melee though. All i could do was sprint

Its happened to me as well several times, once or twice this lasted well over a round, no powers, no gun, I could take cover but that was it didnt try malee though. Really I thought my controler was crapping out but now I know Im not the only one. Please BW find and fix this asap. Thank you...

The closest I've gotten to this is with a N7 Vanguard - I'll charge an enemy, and see the animation, end up in their face, but they won't take damage, and an instant later, I'm back to where the charge began. It's quite disconcerting.
But, I've been charging all over the place, and I've not fallen through the map, or gotten stuck walking on air, etc. So I'm much happier.

Happened twice to me the first night I sat down and played the Dlc. I couldn't revive others, shoot, use my powers, take cover, or dodge. I was a walking target dummy. I did notice that it always seemed to end after I sprinted, which was the only thing I was able to do if I remember correctly.
