 Phoenixes + Vorchas = Dragoons

The way this speedhack -drug addict guy  cerberus, using melee are combination between both. 

Remember how vorcha do a Heavy Melee? That awesome ugly teeth use a jump before executing the enemy. But the cross slash animation changed with phoenixes animation (A.K.A Smash)

This is why i find it seems a bit odd with the dragoon. And in close range they really can do a slow to steady smash to reach it's potential....welll with reaper techs

But yeah, so our phoenixes really the true human without Reaper tech. Remember how every cerberus army now has a husky face.
