pretty much what it says above ( had to try and get a volus *sigh*) .. i just manually closed the game and restarted so i wouldn't loose the points or the pack and when i went to restart it, it gets stuck on the load screen for multi player... it won't even get to the characters or lobby.... and i can only join friends and when i do that 95% i end up freezing or crashing beginning to middle of the match.

i've tried updating the patch and it's already up to date and i've tried install repair twice, so far, and nothing...:(

Update- on third attempt of install repair, while running the game i got to the character screen, and the store had a "new" tag so i clicked on it only to get stuck on the checking for purchases...

Update- 4th attempt of install repair, did not go to store, went into a bronze match that was pretty much glitch free (aside from cloak on the ghost fading to weapons only) until extraction where i couldn't fire any powers or either gun...wasd and the mouse worked for movement, but not firing of anything... and now i'm stuck on the load screen after leaving the lobby.

k so it looks like every time i need to get from one load screen to another i have to do install repair, which take several minutes each time... and when i can make it to the store and new purchases don't go through, credits deducted but then not processed with report to customer service (who i haven't had much luck with in the past... last time disconnected twice during live chat and once on the phone, same few hour period on a different store issue.) And the game crashed upload trying to quit the game.

exit me3 close origin

open origin open me3 see if it lets you in

if not exit me3 and do a repair install

if the packs not showing up when you load into multiplayer and the points are missing then send in a support ticket

i've done all that at least 3 times ontop of what's mentioned above.... aside from the support ticket, in the past it's gotten me no where. But i shall do yet again later today if there're still issues.

Hopefully your game works soon and someone is able to help you. It's not like this is a trivial issue, you literally can't play the game you paid for, that is something that they should be able to help you with until the issue is resolved. I honestly have found EA live support to be pretty terrible generally. I still have a ticket open since August 30th that they said they would direct it to someone higher up and they would email me, I haven't received any word on it since.

I would suggest just keep contacting them for help through email, and in particular call support since I think that would be the best way to go in order to find someone knowledgeable as long as you call at an hour that the regulars are still working instead of the night shift. Keep calling till you can actually find someone that can help you, since eventually if you call enough times someone has to be able to help unless it is a anomaly of an issue.

I guess that is why they created EA Answer HQ, it seems to me there own fans know how to fix there games more so then those employed to actually help others with technical support regarding there games. That has been my general experience anyways. <_<

I guess you can try making a post on EA Answer HQ, if you haven't already. It wouldn't hurt. The more places you ask the better really.

Anyways sorry I could not be of more help, hopefully the issue gets resolved for you soon!

This is just the oddest thing I've heard, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?(not repair) Surely that should fix it as everything would be brand new.

How is that possible... That means there's nothing technically wrong with the game, but EA's just messed up your online account?

it's not on my end.... and it seems Bioware has abandoned the PC Tech Support thread. I can't even access the commendation pack, well or the store for that matter.

I don't know what to do at this point, i'm really starting to this customer service, help, and a quality product is a myth...

just pm one of the bioware reps and include a link to the thread they can check into your account and see if theres a problem with it, and hopefully fix whatever the problem is, well so long as you didnt get banned or something ...

i did, nothing back yet (tech twice, the first message window disappeared as i was half way through) and i haven't done anything to get banned, extra paranoid about that because it seems like they'll do at the drop of a hat and by association... everything was fine until that freaking second store purchase with bioware points.

Waiting on live help yet again.. and when they say average wait time of 2minutes, it really means 20 minutes

update- 2nd attempt at live help, they inform me they've tried all possible fixes and it's being forwarded to an expert team and i should have an email within 5-7, but i was also told that last week too and have yet to hear from anyone...  *headdesk*

Have you tried getting them to call you? I've found that helpful in the past - they respond within a few minutes and it's sometimes the only way to get a bit more attention... plus it doesn't cost anything :)

Really? Really? Bioware help/ customer service is an absolute joke. I finally got that email from the "higher ups" saying that due to the inactivity the case has been closed and it was in reference to battlefield 3 which I don't even own, much have less played.
