Yeah I've been having the same problem too. Both loading into the character select screen, and into the main map. Tried restarting and clearing cache and nothing helped.

I experienced this yesterday and a few times before, but it seemed to just disappear after relaunching multiplayer or just the console.
Didn't seem to be a persistent message though.
