Hello all,
I have 2 main problems with the game, first is that when i start playing the game, after a minute or so a message appears that is something ilke "You have timed out while attempting to access your online profile storage"
I am playing with character elissa:
http://social.biowar...&nid=2301263391
which has no portrait, or any other info listed.
My second problem:
I have DLCs listed as downloadable. They download fine, after a couple of seconds i see that it says "extracting", then after a couple more seconds, it says "Installation Failed". It's same for all my 3 DLCs.(Blood Dragon Armor,Stone Prisoner, Embri's Many Pockets)
I need help solving this problems.
Online Profile Timeout and DLC issues.

"You have timed out while attempting to access your online profile storage" - This has become a normal occurrence and is related to your online storage, the albums, projects, etc. This has to do with their servers and not your side.
As for your second problem, this is not normal and you may want to check the thread dedicated to fixing DLC woes.

Thanks,
I checked the thread, celeared the download cache and now there is another problem, it starts downloading and finishes it really fast(like 10 secs for Stone Prisoner) that i think it doesnt download but it thinks it does. Also i dont hvae Daupdaters svc nor ii can install it when i follow the steps.

An hour ago my game was just fine. I had the stone prisoner, dragon armor, all the stuff that came with the pre-order. I also paid for the Warden's keep. All was working fine. I watched the news and came back and now it says I can't play with that content unless I am logged on, which I am.
Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep now show up in my downloadable section.
I am NOT going to pay for these again!
What the H..E..double toothpick is going on??

Numbnumb27: When it shows as downloadable, while you've got it already, you've been logged out without knowing. If it happens while it says 'Logged in', log out and then log in again. It's some really weird bug, I haven't been able myself yet to find out what possibly could cause this.
Quadraxas: what happens is that the download stays behind, EVEN if it says failed. So if it was completed, it will indeed 'download' pretty fast. Check in the tabs if it is then among the installed things. If it fails with installing a few times... I had a post yesterday for stuff like that.. BTW, the 'DAUpdaterSvc' is the DAUpdater Service, the service that runs in the background and is linked to DAUpdater.exe

Interesting. Just as mysteriously as the problem sprang up it went away. ??
My guess is server problems, maybe a reboot?
Anyway. The problem is fixed!

@Tuhd, thanks but i clear downloaded data by hand and also using the clear download cache button in the config util. It still downloads in 10 secs, i can only assume it already comes when you install game from steam, since all steam users already entitled for "Stone Prisoner".
I installed the Dauptader service succesfully this time, same thing keeps happening. Services tab in task manager shows Daupdatersvc as running.
But as i said i still have the issue.
edit:
Okay, i deleted manifest.xml and download seems to be fine this time since it is slowly downlading the stone prisoner. Just to make sure i tried to download blood dragon armor, it again dowloaded it like in 2minutes(reasonable?) and then it said "extracting" for couple of minutes, then it said installation failed again.
I'll try manual installation and will hope for it to work..

After days of trial and fail, i am now able to pinpoint the EXACT source of my problem.
It's caused beacause of diffrent number format in my language.
in my language the number one milliın is : 1.000.000 in english it's 1,000,000
when i cahnge my system formats to US(from reginal settings in Control Panel) it works.
this is probably a bug in xml parser, Bioware Could have a look in to it.

The online profile timeout started happening to me about three weeks ago. I don't get the message every time I start the game but my character achievements stopped updating then. I am able to use the DLC without problems. Is the online profile storage an issue that Bioware is working on?

The profile seems to have updated a few minutes after I disabled "Update Gameplay Feedback" in the online section of the DAO config utility.
