I do not get why everyone is hung up on the sex and not the baby! Geez, one of the funniest scenes in the game is when Alistair realizes the PC is serious about wanting him to have sex with Morrigan and tells him it's to create an Old God. But Alistair looks exactly the same as the male PC does during the act -- unsure that it's a good idea, but seriously turned on anyway.

In my playthrough, my pc didnt allow him to sleep with her, for fear he would enjoy it. He sacrificed himself, then. So I guess he enjoys sleeping wth Morrigan - he would have died in vain otherwise.
