As for mentally, my take is he doesn't like her, again one of the early posters in this thread says that he/she has seen too many couples who argue in their RL profession to believe the myth that this necessarily means that they actually like each other. There is also another aspect, this is not just about sex, it's about compulsion, one upmanship, power, bullying basically. Alistair is only acceding to it to save his life or even the PC's and if he disliked Morrigan before, he's going to suddenly like her now when she's COMPELLING him to do this on the eve of battle? She literally has just got one over him, and no-one likes being made to feel dominated or humilliated.
Finally, where's the foreplay? Is it only girls who like foreplay? I don't think so. Alistair woos quite gently if rather akwardly, usually we behave towards others as we would like them to behave towards us, especially in the arena of love. He overtly asks for foreplay, food, wine and of course doesn't get it.
Even if he does not feel entirely bad about it immediately afterwards, too much else happening, an archdemon to take down, I think he will look on it as a a harmful event. Men who have been abused often seek to cushion themselves from the fact afterwards by attempting to believe that they were not actually the victim so you get the incongruous situation of nine year olds claiming that they actually seduced a thirty year old, but that doesn't make it so....
