I switched my gamer tag several months ago and it still does not register on the new HQ page, the little tap to select an tag name from a system shows my old names but not the current one, is there something I have to do?

I'm having this problem as well. You just have to search for your new Gamertag in the search box and it will pull up your profile.

Still, it would be nice to have it come up automatically.

I did but it won't let me check the awards from challenges..puts me back to the old profile..that is how you set new banners to your profile in game is through the site right?
